The EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Application Analyst 1 is primarily responsible to configure and provide intermediate functional and technical support for projects and strategic initiatives for the specific application or set of applications to a variety of business and clinical users. In addition, part of the responsibility is to collaborate with end users to understand the workflow and its interdependencies and make corrective adjustments or enhancements through projects and agile workflows. This role is the central point of communication for a variety of users and will coordinate all activities on behalf of BSWH Enterprise Platforms.
Essential Functions of the Role<ul><li>
Assists with the scoping, build, and go-live support for the billing software applications.</li><li>
Creates and executes test scripts for new system builds timely and effectively.</li><li>
Provides analysis and documentation of workflows, data collections, end-user report details and other technical issues associated with applications, applying both vendor and internal stakeholder consideration.</li><li>

Clinical Data Scientist

Call Required and work occasional weekends on rotational basis. 9 call shift in a 6-week period to include weekend.

The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, under general supervision, assists Physicians during catheterization / electrophysiology lab procedures. Prepares room and equipment, instructs patients, monitors patient's condition and provides routine and emergency patient care during procedures. Contributes to the orientation and training of other personnel. Assist in daily, monthly, and or quarterly quality control initiative through auditing and reporting. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE 
 
Assists Physicians with arteriograms/catheterizations, permanent pacemaker implantations, implantable cardiac defibrillators, diagnostic and interventional, peripheral and coronary, interventional and thrombolytic therapy. Follows national and state radiation protection regulations for patients, self and staff. Provides emergency procedures (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), defibrillation, etc.) as needed. 
Performs pre and post-procedure care and monitoring. Orients patients for catheterization or electrophysiology procedures. Answers related questions to make patient comfortable. 
Monitors patient?s ECG, pressures, temperature and impendences while in Electrophysiology Lab; notifies physician of variances. Assists in running RF/Cryo ablation systems, 3D mapping, and records other procedural documentation. Manages and maintains images that may include stenosis analysis, formatting and processing on both cardiac and peripheral cases. 
Assists in procedure rooms and collects registry and quality data on appropriate forms. Gathers catheterize-tion data and prepares procedure reports. 
Prepares and maintains sterile fields for Lab procedures. Orders and maintains inventory of procedure room supplies. Ensures procedure rooms are adequately stocked and equipment has not expired. Coordinates and/or audits resources during yearly inventories. 
Performs routine calibration and maintenance of complex equipment; notifies appropriate personnel for repairs. 
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff and students or extra duties as determined by supervisor/manager. Oversees some level of quality control monitoring, such as NPSG auditing, turnaround times, performance improvement initiatives. (Daily, monthly and/or quarterly). 
Participates in shared governance, department, hospital, or professional organizations and committees. This can also include LEAN initiatives, NOBLE, 5S projects, inter-departmental committee, or any professional organization participation, QC assurance with leaders, etc. Oversees the committee as requested. 
Transports patients to and from procedural area. Demonstrates good customer service skills. 
 
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

 The Anesthesia Technician 2 assists Anesthesiologists with procedures before, during, and after anesthesia. Prepares, calibrates, and checks equipment before procedures. Cleans anesthesia equipment and work area. Stocks anesthesia supplies in Operating Rooms and areas like the GI Lab and Radiology.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions Of The Role
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arranges drugs and sets up the instrument table with supplies for anesthesia procedures in Operating Rooms and satellite areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures anesthesia cart and supply cabinets contain adequate supplies for procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Helps Anesthesiologist with procedure by passing supplies, instruments, and lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cleans tables, equipment, and work area in Operating Rooms on completion of each case as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answers intercom to respond to supply and drug requests from Nurse Anesthetists, Anesthesiologists, and Surgical Teams. Retrieves supplies and drugs from Pharmacists and other supply areas and delivers them to Operating Rooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Washes, dries, and prepares for sterilization all non-disposable anesthesia equipment such as laryngoscope, blades, oxygen masks, and humidifiers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checks equipment to ensure working order and report any issues to Biomedical Engineering.

 General knowledge of anesthesiology standards and practices, modalities, therapies, terminology, medications and equipment.
 </li>

 Skill in preparing operating room for required purposes.
 </li>

 Ability to clean and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both through speech and in writing.
 </li>

 Must be able to read, write and follow instructions and flow chart protocols.
 </li>

 Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days.
