The Senior Technician Quality Control is responsible for Reporting directly to the supervisor of quality control; this position will be responsible for performing the day today activities in Quality Control function at Beckman Coulter Bangalore Development Centre. Ensure Compliance of quality control procedures and activities to 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, MDSAP, Beckman Coulter corporate Quality system requirements.
This position reports to the Lead FG QC and is part of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs-Quality Control located in IND - Bangalore North - Beckman Coulter India Private Limited and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>
Conducts routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished goods under supervision and according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Compiles data for documentation of test procedures and prepares reports.</li><li>
Write or revise standard quality control operating procedures and supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions. Participates and performs investigation with respect to QC testing performed.</li><li>
Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.</li></ul>
The essential requirements of the job include:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 4+ years or Master&rsquo;s with 2 years of related experience.</li><li>
Good communication skills (verbal/written/presentation/relationship building) with ability to work collaboratively.</li></ul>
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>
Handled Flow cytometer</li><li>
Handled HPLC</li><li>
Handled QMS like Change controls, Deviations, CAPA.</li></ul>

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for:
<ul><li>Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.</li><li>
Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.</li><li>
Driving a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a &ldquo;first time fix&rdquo; through the problem-solving process.</li></ul>
This position reports to the District Service Manager and is part of the Pacific West District located in the Bay Area and will be working remotely to cover Northern California, Utah and Arizona.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>
Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.</li><li>
Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.</li><li>
Driving a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a &ldquo;first time fix&rdquo; through the problem-solving process.</li></ul>
The essential requirements for the job include:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life sciences or equivalent military experience.</li><li>
1+ year experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods.</li></ul>
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>
Centrifuge troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.</li><li>
Prior laboratory or field service experience</li></ul>
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role:<ul><li>
Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities within assigned territory. Overnight travel 10% - 25%.- Most weeks local to California</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record.</li><li>
Ability to life, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs (tools, replacement parts, consumables etc.).</li></ul>

The annual salary range for this role is $83,000.00 to $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
