<div>Overview:
Supports and assists the Clinical Director in the operations, supervision and management of the Day Treatment program. Provides a safe and effective learning environment for children in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids.
Essential Duties:<ul>
<li>
Assists Program Director in supervising the implementation of the Behaven Kids model of care.</li>
<li>Supervises and monitors direct care staff, service delivery, and program activities to ensure quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Identifies, monitors, and implements treatment goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Supervises and assists in identifying, monitoring, and implementing treatment goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Provides a safe, structured learning environment.</li>
<li>Interacts with children in a professional, positive manner.</li>
<li>Creates atmosphere of enthusiasm and commitment.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively with parents, peers, and supervisor.</li>
<li>Prepares, updates and maintains documentation and children&rsquo;s records.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state licensing, health department, Behaven Kids policies and procedures, and fire and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Supervises and monitors direct care staff, service delivery, and program activities to ensure quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Provides orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.</li>
<li>Supervises the implementation of the Behave&rsquo;n model of care.</li>
<li>Carries out duties of Clinical Director in his/her absence.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>High School degree (required) 
</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in early childhood education, psychology, human services or related field (preferred).</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience. 
</li>
<li>A combination of education and experience might be accepted as a substitute for bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li>
<li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Part time slots:<ul>
<li>
Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm OR
</li><li>Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00 pm</li>
</ul>
Compensation<ul>

$18 to $22</li>
