<p>
To lead and oversee all export and import operations, ensuring efficient logistics, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and optimal cost management for inbound and outbound shipments.</p>
<p><b>
Main Accountabilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Generated ACIDs and digitally signed shipping documents via NAFEZA.</li>
<li> Reviewed import documentation for compliance.</li>
<li> Prepared export documentation for importers.</li>
<li> Coordinated import/export of samples via courier services.</li>
<li> Arranged dispatch of original documents to customs brokers.</li>
<li> Liaised with clearing agents for timely clearance.</li>
<li> Maintained audit-ready documentation.</li>
<li> Reviewed LC drafts and amendments.</li>
<li>Collects and validates export shipping cost data; ensures accurate SAP postings.</li>
<li>Supports budget reviews with cost breakdowns and identifies discrepancies.</li>
<li>Schedules and coordinates outbound shipments; aligns with order fulfillment teams.</li>
<li>Communicates with plant, warehouse, carriers, and forwarders for smooth logistics.</li>
<li>Arranges export sales orders, monitors shipments, and ensures proper documentation and timely customs clearance.</li>
<li>Prepares and submits documents for certifications and compliance; manages records for audits.</li>
<li>Tracks export performance metrics and KPIs; manages transportation-related quality issues and claims.</li>
<li>Prepares documents for export subsidies and claims; follows up with authorities on refunds and guarantees.</li>
<li>Coordinates with freight forwarders and carriers; manages schedules and reports performance issues.</li>
<li>Monitors export inventory and proactively prevents storage or capacity bottlenecks.Initiates and follows up on insurance or destruction claims for damages.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates shipment master data in SAP; communicates with departments regarding data changes.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Education, Experience and Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li> +3 years of experience in the logistics import and export operations.</li>
<li> Excellent command of English language</li>
<li> Customer Service oriented.</li>
<li> Very good computer skills (MS office, SAP).</li></ul><br>
