<div><p><b>This position is for A shift, Sunday-Tuesday and E/O Wednesday, 7am- 7pm.</b></p><br>

<div><p>Job Summary:</p>
</div>
<div><p>As a Palletizer Machine Operator for Materne North America, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of the palletizing machine and assisting the packaging operator on our Case Packer Machine when needed for the end of our manufacturing process.</p></div><div><br>
<p>
</p></div><div><p>Position Responsibilities:</p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Operate high-speed palletizing equipment through touchscreen/HMI in a production environment</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Reset robotic arm positions after line shut down</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Load materials into palletizing machine</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Set machine to increase/decrease number of cases selected for different size formats</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Observe/inspect materials to identify contamination, foreign materials, uniformity and quality</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Operate industrial carts, power hand carts, and forklifts</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Clean palletizing area and sanitize equipment</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Complete daily paperwork and reports</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Clearly communicate machine issues to team members, both upstream and downstream</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Assist with rework when needed on our Case Packer Machine</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>May be required to hand stack cases</p>

</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours</p></li></ul><br>

<p></p><div><p>Physical Requirements:</p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Must be able to stand for an entire shift (12 hours)</p>

<div><ul><li><p>High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred</p>

<div><ul><li><p>Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred</p>

To lead and oversee all export and import operations, ensuring efficient logistics, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and optimal cost management for inbound and outbound shipments.</p>
<p><b>
Main Accountabilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Generated ACIDs and digitally signed shipping documents via NAFEZA.</li>
<li> Reviewed import documentation for compliance.</li>
<li> Prepared export documentation for importers.</li>
<li> Coordinated import/export of samples via courier services.</li>
<li> Arranged dispatch of original documents to customs brokers.</li>
<li> Liaised with clearing agents for timely clearance.</li>
<li> Maintained audit-ready documentation.</li>
<li> Reviewed LC drafts and amendments.</li>
<li>Collects and validates export shipping cost data; ensures accurate SAP postings.</li>
<li>Supports budget reviews with cost breakdowns and identifies discrepancies.</li>
<li>Schedules and coordinates outbound shipments; aligns with order fulfillment teams.</li>
<li>Communicates with plant, warehouse, carriers, and forwarders for smooth logistics.</li>
<li>Arranges export sales orders, monitors shipments, and ensures proper documentation and timely customs clearance.</li>
<li>Prepares and submits documents for certifications and compliance; manages records for audits.</li>
<li>Tracks export performance metrics and KPIs; manages transportation-related quality issues and claims.</li>
<li>Prepares documents for export subsidies and claims; follows up with authorities on refunds and guarantees.</li>
<li>Coordinates with freight forwarders and carriers; manages schedules and reports performance issues.</li>
<li>Monitors export inventory and proactively prevents storage or capacity bottlenecks.Initiates and follows up on insurance or destruction claims for damages.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates shipment master data in SAP; communicates with departments regarding data changes.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Education, Experience and Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li> +3 years of experience in the logistics import and export operations.</li>
<li> Excellent command of English language</li>
<li> Customer Service oriented.</li>
<li> Very good computer skills (MS office, SAP).</li></ul><br>
