<ul>
<li>The Admin Assistant ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Plant Director&rsquo;s office by handling administrative and secretarial tasks, coordinating travel and logistics, and managing office supplies and services. The role supports the leadership team with reporting, meeting organization, and correspondence, while also contributing to cost optimization and compliance with safety and environmental standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Main Accountabilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform all the administrative &amp; secretarial activities related to the Plant Director &amp; lead team; manage the office premises to ensure effective and smooth operation.</li>
<li>Managing the logistics of the Plant-Office employees &amp; guests&rsquo; business trips by establishing Travel policies and procedures that include but not limited to air tickets, entry visas, domestic hotels, international hotels booking, etc. to ensure smooth operations and optimize the Travel cost.&lrm;</li>
<li>Preside office supplements (stationary, catering, detergents&hellip; etc.) according the company policy to guarantee appropriate &lrm;availability for all items in a timely manner. Optimize the general expenses cost that are related to Office supplies, Stationary, Utilities, etc. by identifying the saving areas and setting control, audit plans and corrective/cost saving actions.</li>
<li>Ensure providing an acceptable service level of hospitality &amp; cleaning services to the main Admin building meeting rooms and ensure effectiveness of the tools (presentation tools, video conference room, conference calls, etc&hellip;) and follow up closely the office boys, delegate &amp; driver on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Provide the daily flash highlights on operation performance, weekly meeting review actions list, Monthly MCM report on both Operation &amp; Finance. Collect the KPIs data of all industrial departments for consolidation and usage during Daily Flash reports, weekly management review, monthly highlights, monthly closing results review, &amp; business meeting.</li>
<li>Support Industrial Director &amp; lead team to organize and plan their vacation, missions, travel agendas. Deputizing, and delegating work to managers during the absence of the industrial director. Also, manage the filing system related to the incoming and the outgoing correspondence.</li>
<li>Coordinate &amp; follow up on Safety &amp; Environment audits and correct the non-conformities, make sure to reach the standard phase that maintain the good level of performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education, Experience and Qualifications:</b></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience in an administration / executive assistant / PA role</li>
<li>Excellent command of English</li>

<p>
To lead and oversee all export and import operations, ensuring efficient logistics, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and optimal cost management for inbound and outbound shipments.</p>
<p><b>
Main Accountabilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Generated ACIDs and digitally signed shipping documents via NAFEZA.</li>
<li> Reviewed import documentation for compliance.</li>
<li> Prepared export documentation for importers.</li>
<li> Coordinated import/export of samples via courier services.</li>
<li> Arranged dispatch of original documents to customs brokers.</li>
<li> Liaised with clearing agents for timely clearance.</li>
<li> Maintained audit-ready documentation.</li>
<li> Reviewed LC drafts and amendments.</li>
<li>Collects and validates export shipping cost data; ensures accurate SAP postings.</li>
<li>Supports budget reviews with cost breakdowns and identifies discrepancies.</li>
<li>Schedules and coordinates outbound shipments; aligns with order fulfillment teams.</li>
<li>Communicates with plant, warehouse, carriers, and forwarders for smooth logistics.</li>
<li>Arranges export sales orders, monitors shipments, and ensures proper documentation and timely customs clearance.</li>
<li>Prepares and submits documents for certifications and compliance; manages records for audits.</li>
<li>Tracks export performance metrics and KPIs; manages transportation-related quality issues and claims.</li>
<li>Prepares documents for export subsidies and claims; follows up with authorities on refunds and guarantees.</li>
<li>Coordinates with freight forwarders and carriers; manages schedules and reports performance issues.</li>
<li>Monitors export inventory and proactively prevents storage or capacity bottlenecks.Initiates and follows up on insurance or destruction claims for damages.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates shipment master data in SAP; communicates with departments regarding data changes.</li></ul><br>

Education, Experience and Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li> +3 years of experience in the logistics import and export operations.</li>
<li> Excellent command of English language</li>
<li> Customer Service oriented.</li>
