The Sr. Director, Head of Brand Design will lead the execution and evolution of the brand’s visual identity in all channels though a design lens. This senior creative leader will define and drive design strategy—spanning retail, digital, social, and packaging touchpoints—ensuring cohesion, craft, and innovation across every consumer-facing expression of the brand. This role will oversee the brand and design vision from ideation to execution.
 
Design Strategy & Brand Vision
 
Define and execute a holistic design vision aligned with long-term brand strategy and marketing goals.

Translate seasonal campaign direction into a unified 360° brand experience.

 Cross- Functional Partnership
 
Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital, Photo and Visual teams to ensure design direction supports business goals and strengthens brand distinction.
 
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that uphold brand integrity and inspire meaningful consumer action.
 
Encourage cross-functional alignment between design execution, marketing strategy, and brand storytelling.
 
Partner with creative production teams to implement efficient processes that enable high-quality, impactful output.

 Pay Range
 $170,000 - $190,000

Sr. Director, Head of Brand Design (Hybrid)

The Operations Team Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring new merchandise is customer ready. This role executes outbound merchandise activities, supports facilities maintenance, and maintains back-of-house organization, while working closely with merchandising team to place and sign product on the sales floor. This is an hourly position.
 
What you will do
 
Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives , and daily priorities.
 
Efficiently u nload cartons from truck deliveries, separating cartons by department, processin g, removing plastic , and hanging items as needed to ensure product readiness for sales floor. Follow operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
 
Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks t o support inventory accuracy.
 
Assist with facilities processes, including lighting/recycling programs, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping responsibilities.
 
Support merchandising and store fulfillment teams with floor sets, product presentations, promotional sets, price changes, and picking and packing customer orders.
 
Maintain daily operational standards by replenishing supplies, supporting store recovery efforts, and ensuring cleanliness. Organize and properly store tools, supplies, excess stock , fixtures , and other equipment to promote efficiency.
 
Leverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to build knowledge of operational processes and procedures and strengthen performance. Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and s tore events to enhance execution.
 
Enhance in-store customer experience by warmly acknowledging and assisting customers, supporting the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and completing other tasks as assigned.
