 We are looking for a dynamic Training Assistant to join our Benefit Cosmetics T&uuml;rkiye family!
 
 
 In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Training Manager and help bring our training strategy to life. You&rsquo;ll be an essential part of the team that empowers our field teams, builds product expertise, and spreads Benefit&rsquo;s fun and fearless brand DNA.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 PROFILE:
 
 
 <ul>

 Ability to perform and effectively teach Benefit&rsquo;s signature Brow Bar Services, Brow Wax, Tint &amp; Lamination
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and writing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced PowerPoint and good command of Word &amp; Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
 </li>

 A creative mindset and a passion for sharing ideas

 <li>
 Enthusiasm for brows, makeup, and skincare
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales experience in a Beauty is a plus

 Translate training materials such as PowerPoint decks, e-learning modules, and product information sheets.

 Maintain and update all training-related documents and presentations.

 Digital Tools &amp; E-learning

 Manage and regularly update the Linktree to ensure training materials are accessible and up to date.

 Share e-learning links with the field team, track participation, report progress, collect feedback, and coordinate reward deliveries.

 Annual training &amp; competition program management
 
 <ul>

 Managing the annual training programs for Brow Guru (Benefit staff) and Brow Pro (retailer staff), and coordinating their alignment with all launch-related training events throughout the year. Also responsible for organizing the annual competition program, including content, rewards, timeline, and event location.

 Social Media &amp; Trend Insights

 Follow makeup and skincare trends to integrate them into training content.
 </li>

 Monitor European and global Benefit social media accounts to identify contests, updates, or tips and share them with the local team.

 Internal Communication

 Create and distribute the department&rsquo;s monthly Training Newsletter.

 Shipments &amp; Inventory

 Track and organize office stock of products and tools, visiting the local warehouse when necessary.

 Event &amp; Training Setup Management

 Preparing venues for major meetings and trainings

 Pre-organizing, inventorying, and coordinating all training materials

 Managing transportation logistics

 Managing transportation for the upstate team (plane tickets &amp; transfers)

 Collecting and dismantling materials post-event

 Travel Retail Training Program Management
