 The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day bookkeeping.
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Reasonability:
 
 
 
 
 
 Retail Revenue &amp; Reporting:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for checking daily store sales via cash, credit, gift vouchers, credit notes etc against the daily closing reports in order to ensure that sales are registered correctly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for posting adjustment entries in the ERP system after approval in order to correct erroneous transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for generating periodical retail sales reports in order to satisfy the requirements of the company
 </li>
 <li>
 management (internal) as well as the mall management (external).
 </li>
 <li>
 Documents filing + WHT &amp; VAT invoices -arrangement for verification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for filing all kinds of documents based on the system reference no.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all VAT related invoices presentation during monthly/quarterly VAT return finalization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Scanning documents for payments:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for all payments request scanning and sending them for preparing payment request email, on a daily basis for all UAE region companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Form 4 &amp; Purchases invoices payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit / receive form 4 to/from different bank.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile suppliers&rsquo; payments against merchandise received.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile forwarder ledgers in coordination with logistics
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Archiving:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for achieving all financial related documentation, in a systematic manner, in order to ensure that information is readily available.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Petty Cash:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining and reconciling retail-related petty cash in order to meet the daily expenses.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in commerce
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience Minimum of 2-4 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience within a retail company
 </li>
 <li>
 Specialized Training Well versed with MS Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities Knowledge of the retail business and its functions
 </li>

 Store Supervisor:
 
 
 
 
 The purpose of the role is to support the Management Team in achieving store targets, through effective management (of the store team) compliance with the organizational policies and procedures.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exemplary customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Management Team in managing the operational side of the store as well as managing administrative areas such as staff scheduling, coordination with suppliers, contractors etc in order to ensure the smooth running of the store.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Management Team in conducting technical training needs of the store staff in order to ensure that they are fully trained on products, customer service, policy requirements etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 year&rsquo;s experience in a similar role. Experience within a similar brand preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Local retail experience mandatory in Fashion is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Well versed in MS Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities. Knowledge of fashion
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
 </li>
 </ul>
