Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Diagnosing and resolving technical problems via phone, email, and in-person interactions.</li><li>Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.</li><li>Documenting and tracking support requests in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.</li><li>Collaborating with IT team members to identify and implement improvements in processes and systems.</li><li>Conducting training sessions for employees on new software and technology tools.</li><li>Staying updated on the latest technology trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.</li><li>Participating in IT projects and initiatives as needed.</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.</li><li>Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology tools.</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul> Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) and remote support tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).</li><li>Knowledge of networking concepts and basic network troubleshooting.</li><li>Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar are a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues.</li></ul> Benefits:At Beyond International Group, we believe in supporting our employees both personally and professionally.
