<p><b>Tasks and Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>(1)</b> Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on the electrical systems</p><p>of Chillers System, AHUs, Package Units, Split Units, and DX Split Systems.</p><p><b>(2)</b> Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in HVAC equipment and</p><p>associated electrical circuits.</p><p><b>(3)</b> Test electrical systems using Megger, multimeter, clamp meter, and other diagnostic</p><p>instruments.</p><p><b>(4)</b> Repair or replace defective motors, compressors electrical connections, contactors,</p><p>overload relays, circuit breakers, capacitors, control transformers, relays, timers,</p><p>terminal blocks, and electrical accessories.</p><p><b>(5)</b> Inspect and maintain electrical control panels, MCC feeders, isolators, cable</p><p>terminations, and grounding systems.</p><p><b>(6)</b> Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC electrical switchgear and Motor</p><p>Control Centers (MCCs), including circuit breakers, isolators, protection relays,</p><p>busbars, feeders, and associated control and power components, replacing defective</p><p>parts as required.</p><p><b>(7)</b> Repair or replace damaged power and control cables, cable glands, lugs, and</p><p>electrical connections.</p><p><b>(8)</b> Verify phase sequence, motor rotation, voltage, current, insulation resistance, and</p><p>equipment protection before returning equipment to service.</p><p><b>(9)</b> Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics for</p><p>troubleshooting and repair.</p><p><b>(10)</b> Perform equipment start-up, operational testing, and functional verification after</p><p>maintenance activities.</p><p><b>Safety and Quality Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>(1)</b> Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely in accordance with electrical</p><p>safety procedures and MEW requirements.</p><p><b>(2)</b> Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain good housekeeping practices, and promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses.</p><p><b>(3)</b> Follow approved quality procedures by completing inspections, functional testing, and maintenance records to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with project quality requirements.</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>

The Lead Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design and delivery of infrastructure-related facilities and buildings from concept to detailed design and construction support. The role requires technical excellence, multidisciplinary coordination, client management, authority approvals, and leadership of architectural teams to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Qatar regulations, international standards, and client expectations.</div>

The position focuses on infrastructure developments such as transportation projects, utility buildings, pumping stations, substations, district cooling plants, depots, tunnels, public realm developments, and associated municipal infrastructure.</div>

<li>Prepare MTO, Technical Submittals &amp; Technical documents.
