<div>Physical Therapist (PT) &ndash; Home Health |Full-Time | Arizona | Nevada | California 
Billet Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing Home Health team. This full-time travel position serves patients throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California, providing individualized therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. 
As a Physical Therapist with Billet Health, you will play an essential role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life while working alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient care. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders</li>
<li>Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility interventions, and manual therapy techniques</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies</li>
<li>Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care</li>
<li>Travel throughout assigned territories within Arizona, Nevada, and California</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)</li>
<li>Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona, Nevada, and California</li>
<li>Home Health experience preferred</li>
<li>Current CPR or BLS certification</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance</li>
<li>Current TB test (skin test within one year or chest X-ray within five years)</li>
<li>Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card</li></ul>

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout the East Valley. 
Our nurses provide personalized Home Health care during a 9-week episode of care while working closely with the Director of Nursing to develop individualized care plans that support each patient&rsquo;s needs and goals. 
At Billet Health, we believe quality care starts with flexibility and support for our clinicians. Our nurses have the freedom to create schedules that work best for them and their patients. As new patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will coordinate available visits based on your preferred coverage area and availability. 
Most patient visits range from 45&ndash;60 minutes and are completed in the comfort of the patient&rsquo;s home or residential facility.

Qualifications:

<li>Active RN License in the state of practice</li>
<li>Valid Driver License</li>
<li>Current Auto Insurance</li>
<li>AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona applicants only)</li>
<li>Current CPR or BLS Certification</li>
<li>Current TB Test (Skin test within 1 year or chest x-ray within 5 years)</li>
<li>IV experience preferred</li></ul> 


Compensation: 
Pay rates are based on a 20-mile radius from your residence and include travel compensation. Additional compensation opportunities may be available for patients located outside your assigned territory.
