The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, a strong network of channel partners and HNIs, and a sharp understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients</li><li>Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling</li><li>Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance</li><li>Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment</li><li>Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
