BIOTRONIK Neuro is looking to add a Territory Manager to our Neuromodulation Segment in Portland, Oregon. As Territory Manager you will gain market share and achieve sales quota in the spinal cord stimulation business by promoting, selling, and servicing the Biotronik product platform within an assigned territory. The Territory Manager performs field promotional work to sell and develop new business; it may include work with established accounts, or with customers where product acceptance has not been established. Has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic sales environment. Able to work independently to exceed sales expectations, while implementing leadership contributions at the Regional level. BIOTRONIK is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-135,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Your Responsibilities
<ul><li>Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service BIOTRONIK products and offerings to existing and competitive customers.</li>
<li>Support patients throughout the educational and clinical process for spinal cord stimulation therapy.</li>
<li>Provide support and technical assistance during the use of BIOTRONIK products during procedures.</li>
<li>Develop and implement quarterly sales plan and business reviews to achieve sales goals and objectives, while maintaining forward thinking strategies as protection for market shifts for sustained territory performance.</li>

<li>Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory log).</li>
<li>Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.</li>
<li>Manage time and company resources in an effective way to control unnecessary expenses/assets.</li>
<li>Effectively utilize sales collateral and sales support tools to support promotional and territorial needs.</li>

Your Profile
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing, Physiology, Biology, Bio Engineering, Business or an equivalent degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in place of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li>
<li>2+ years medical device or biotechnology experience is required.</li>
<li>1+ years of interventional pain/spine experience in a sales role is preferred.</li>
<li>Neuromodulation experience within the pain management market is preferred.</li>

The Senior Advanced Product Support Engineer (in some organizations, also called Technical Services Engineer) will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing timely and accurate information and troubleshooting guidance related to the function of BIOTRONIK Neuro products, including implantable spinal cord stimulators, programming devices, accessories and remote monitoring services primarily to field personnel, and also directly to patients and healthcare professional customers.</div>

A unique opportunity in the rapidly growing neuromodulation business unit for BIOTRONIK, this Senior Engineer will continue to build new workflows and internal reference infrastructure to grow the advanced product support service for the business unit. The Senior Engineer will work closely with other members of the Advanced Product Support team, including support from engineering development and product management. The Senior Engineer will train and mentor additional product support engineers in a growing team.</div>

Your Responsibilities

<li>Generate technical and training documentation from product specifications and other inputs from product development team.</li>

Works under general direction with clinical and sales teammates to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by creating competency, comfort and expertise with all Biotronik NRO among physicians, support staff and customers within assigned geography. BIOTRONIK Neuro is looking to add Clinical Specialist to our Neuromodulation Segment in Eugene, Oregon. As a member of the clinical support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical clinical expertise and support of the sales process to colleagues, current customers and/or potential customers. Works under general direction with clinical and sales teammates to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by creating competency, comfort and expertise with all Biotronik NRO among physicians, support staff and customers within assigned geography. Performs work that involves a high degree of independence. Exercises independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work. Seeks to continually improve territory efficiency. 

BIOTRONIK is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - 130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, BIOTRONIK offers a bonus program and comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.

Your Responsibilities
<ul><li>Provides technical, clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Manager(s).</li>
<li>Assist Territory Managers in after hours call support and activities.</li>
<li>Integrates into all accounts, builds trust and relationships and establishes strong rapport with customers.</li>
<li>Proficient in complex programming, case support.</li>
<li>Works seamlessly with Territory Manager(s) allowing them increased selling time.</li>
<li>Will foster high trust relationships with customers, including the regional team members.</li>
<li>Will begin to conduct PCP work and educational in services, as directed.</li>
<li>As directed by sales manager, contacts, visits and interests clients and potential clients in the Company&rsquo;s products and addresses any client questions and concerns.</li>
<li>Provides medical professionals with sales support, information, and training on the use of Company products and with staff education, in-services and technical troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers to include competitor activity</li>
<li>Conducts evaluations and develops sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities within accounts.</li>
<li>Collects and studies information about new and existing products and monitors competitor sales, prices and products.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to providers both within operating room setting and outside operating room setting on the directions for use specific to implantable devices</li>
<li>May attend trade shows where new products and technologies are showcased and conferences to meet other sales representatives and clients and discuss new product developments.</li>
<li>Uses clinical expertise to identify customer training and in-service needs with the goal of increasing customer usage, comfort and understating of all Biotronik NRO product line.</li>
<li>Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.</li>
<li>Provides sales support, clinical inservices, training and guidance to current or potential customers.</li>
<li>Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.</li></ul> 

Your Profile
<ul><li>Associates Degree or technical certification; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</li>
<li>1 - 2 years work experience, strong preference working with patients in clinical setting</li>
<li>The ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization.</li>
<li>Capable of building strong working relationships with internal/external customers.</li>
<li>Capable of working unpredictable schedule that may occasionally change on short notice due to operating room schedule changes and or delays.</li>
<li>Accustomed to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Strong sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.</li>

Preferred Education and Experience
<ul><li>Patient interaction experience within health care related environment (Physical Therapy, medical product sales, RN, LPN)</li>
<li>Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.</li>
<li>1-3 years experience with Biotronik NRO, or in similar spinal cord stimulation (SCS) setting or with another implantable medical device company.</li></ul>
