Responsibilities As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties focused on delivering first-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:  <ul><li>Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, responding in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Providing accurate information regarding BIOTRONIK products, services, and order statuses.</li><li>Efficiently processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.</li><li>Maintaining comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.</li><li>Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey.</li><li>Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with relevant departments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.</li><li>Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations, particularly those pertaining to the medical device sector.</li></ul>Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping others.
