Responsibilities As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance. Your key duties will include: * Engaging with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our products and services. * Maintaining a high standard of customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction. * Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions. * Accurately documenting all customer interactions and resolutions within our internal systems. * Escalating complex queries to senior team members or other departments as required, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Staying up-to-date with BIOTRONIK's product portfolio and company updates to provide accurate information. * Identifying trends in customer queries and providing feedback to the wider team to help improve our products and services. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: * Proven experience in a customer service or chat support role. * Exceptional written communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling. * Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating difficult situations. * The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. * Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems is highly desirable. * A genuine interest in the healthcare or medical technology sector would be an advantage. * A reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup.
