Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that elevate brand identity and engage target audiences across multiple platforms. Your expertise in digital and print media, combined with your innovative approach to visual storytelling, will drive the success of our marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional eager to make a significant impact through cutting-edge design work.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Create and refine logos, icons, illustrations, and other graphic elements that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.</li><li>Design layouts for print media such as brochures, posters, menus, direct mail postcards &amp; brochures</li><li>Incorporate typography principles and color theory into all projects to optimize readability and visual impact across various media formats.</li><li>Prepare detailed design files for print production while adhering to industry standards such as prepress requirements.</li><li>Extensive experience in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, and related tools.</li><li>Strong proficiency in digital art creation, illustration, photo editing/manipulation, layout design, and print production processes.</li><li>Knowledge of typography design for media along with expertise in color management and color theory application.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Join us if you&rsquo;re ready to bring your creative vision to life in a fast-paced environment where innovation is celebrated!</li></ul>Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
