Brand &amp; Communications Strategist &ndash; Education Sector Organisation: Karachi Public School (KPS) Location: Hybrid, Karachi Employment Type: Project basisRole SummaryKarachi Public School (KPS), a leading institution in the education sector, is seeking a Brand &amp; Communications Strategist to establish and lead initiatives that preserve, present, and amplify the school&rsquo;s institutional heritage. This is a foundational role where the incumbent will design processes, engage internal stakeholders, and translate KPS&rsquo;s 45-year legacy into compelling narratives, campaigns, and engagement strategies that strengthen the school&rsquo;s brand and visibility.Key Responsibilities● Research, document, and structure KPS&rsquo;s history, milestones, and achievements into a coherent institutional legacy framework. ● Develop and implement strategies to showcase institutional heritage across digital, print, events, and campaigns. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders (campus heads, alumni, teachers, and administration) to gather insights and preserve institutional knowledge. ● Build internal processes and workflows for legacy and brand management, ensuring consistency across campuses. ● Integrate legacy-driven storytelling into marketing, admissions, and community engagement initiatives. ● Monitor and evaluate the impact of brand and legacy initiatives and recommend improvements. ● Ensure consistent storytelling across campuses, social media, and public platforms.Requirements● Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, History, or related fields. ● Strong understanding of brand strategy, institutional storytelling, and public engagement within the education sector. ● Proven ability to build initiatives from scratch and collaborate across teams. ● Excellent research, writing, communication, and project management skills. ● Strategic thinker capable of translating legacy into actionable brand initiatives.Preferred● Experience working with multi-campus educational institutions. ● Familiarity with digital storytelling, social media, and content production. ● Experience in heritage preservation, branding, or public engagement initiatives.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
