Once the issue is clearly understood, they outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the solution delivered meets those business requirements.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the successful completion of analytical design, building testing, and deployment tasks of product projects, software products, features, and functions; in addition, business analysts develop and monitor the data quality matrix and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.</li><li>Research the product market and undertake feasibility studies. conduct research, compile market intelligence, produce detailed analysis of key competitor projects, and present findings as and when required.</li><li>Coordinate requirements for the writing of user stories for the development team.</li><li>Seek to identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions while outlining business impacts.</li><li>Seek to identify ways to increase adoption and client satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level for success in quality improvement and data management.</li><li>Contribute and coordinate project-level analysis, producing the required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope metrics, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).</li><li>Execute the business plans by carrying out searches, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.</li><li>Serve as a license between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modification, enhancement, and implementation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's/master&rsquo;s degree in computer science, or a related field</li><li>Proven 4+ years&rsquo; experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry</li><li>Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business</li><li>Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills &amp; communication skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of programming languages, familiarity with latest technologies.</li><li>Deep understanding of APIs and integration solutions</li><li>Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies</li><li>Experience with requirements management tools is a plus</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs400,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
