This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing teams of 5-10+ document reviewers, ensuring quality standards, maintaining client satisfaction, and serving as the primary liaison between offshore review teams and US-based project managers, attorneys, and clients.This is a client-facing leadership position that requires working evening/night shifts to maintain real-time communication and coordination with US-based stakeholders during their standard business hours.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership &amp; Management:<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and mentor teams of 5-10+ document reviewers across multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Conduct daily team briefings, training sessions, and calibration exercises</li><li>Assign work queues, monitor reviewer productivity, and balance workload distribution</li><li>Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and professional development guidance</li><li>Handle performance management issues including corrective action and escalations</li><li>Foster collaborative team culture and maintain high morale during demanding projects</li><li>Recruit, interview, and onboard new document reviewers in coordination with HR</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:<ul><li>LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from HEC-recognized university in Pakistan</li><li>LLM (Master of Laws) or equivalent advanced legal degree strongly preferred</li><li>Specialization in corporate law, litigation, or related fields is a plus</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on document review experience in eDiscovery or litigation support</li><li>At least 1-2 years in quality control, team lead, or supervisory capacity</li><li>Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality results</li><li>Experience working with US law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery vendors</li><li>Direct client-facing experience with ability to manage expectations and relationships</li></ul>Language &amp;
