We&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Processing Specialist to join our production team during our busiest season. We&rsquo;re a locally owned company that&rsquo;s big enough to get the job done right &mdash; but small enough to truly care about every employee and customer.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Prepare and manage data for upcoming photography sessions.</li><li>Organize and manage image files post-photography.</li><li>Audit subject data and match images with accuracy.</li><li>Process and verify portrait orders and payment information.</li><li>Select the best photos and assess retouching needs.</li><li>Manage corresponding documents and maintain order notes within our database.</li><li>Perform data manipulation and assist with composite creation.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Excel and data entry.</li><li>Experience with image and file management (Apple environment preferred).</li><li>Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$16-$19/hour (based on experience).</li><li>A collaborative, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Hands-on training for all systems and workflows.</li><li>Seasonal position from late August through December with weekday hours (8:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM).</li><li>SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan with Company Match &mdash; eligible on Day 1</li><li>Opportunities to Return Each Season</li><li>Locally owned and operated &mdash; we know our schools and our communities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
