Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Complete insurance forms and respond to patient inquiries.</li><li>
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages; schedule appointments.</li><li>
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.</li><li>
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and packages.</li><li>
Maintain medical supply inventory.</li><li>
Select and package DME supplies.</li><li>
Support colleagues with general administrative tasks.</li></ul><div><br>

Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience</li><li>
Strong verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).</li></ul><div><br>
