</div><div><div><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></div>
<div>Responsible for performing the removal, installation and startup of HVAC equipment in single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage and correct material lists.</li>
<li>Communicate safety with all Blue Mountain personnel on site.</li>
<li>Communicate task and quality with all Blue Mountain personnel on site.</li>
<li>Installation of HVAC, sheet metal and gutter is a plus.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of current HVAC code, regulations, and industry standards</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with Superintendents.</li>
<li>Collaborate with his supervisor to coordinate work orders and completion of jobs and deliveries.</li>
<li>Handles employee-related duties which may include maintaining employee work records, including information on absenteeism and job performance.</li>
<li>Secure supplies and equipment daily.</li>
<li>Coordinates deliveries to jobs sites</li>
<li>Fabrication review and layouts</li>
<li>Install gutter and sheet metal.</li>
<li>Assists in scheduling and approval of employee time off and time sheets for payroll purposes.</li>
<li>Coordinate safety as needed.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Journeyman experienced in HVAC I and II, and a plus to have gutter and sheet metal knowledge.</li>
<li>5+ Years HVAC Residential Construction experience
</li><li>Must be able to lift 70+ lbs. with no issues, climb ladders, simple grasping of objects, bending, pushing, and pulling.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation and tools.</li>
<li>Must have skills in HVAC repair and maintenance.</li>
<li>Experience with construction scheduling and running large crews of field installers.</li>
<li>Written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to lead others.</li>
</ul><div><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<div><b>Physical stamina: </b>HVAC Installer/ technicians may work extended amount of hours walking, standing, and may need to be physically active without getting tired.</div>
<div><b>Bending &amp; Crawling: </b>HVAC Installer/ technicians may work extended amount of hours kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.</div>
<div><b>Lifting:</b> HVAC Installer/ technicians may need to lift large parts and objects, and should be properly trained to safely do so. They should also be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.</div>
<div><b>Working in extreme conditions:</b> HVAC Installer/ technicians may need to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year.</div>
