<div>Do you have experience working on new residential homes and are familiar with HVAC systems?</div>
<div></div><div>Blue Mountain is in need of an HVAC Installer I to be in charge of the basic heating and air conditioning installations like the furnace and duct work. You will have the great opportunity of being part of our progressive company and working alongside our dedicated workers.</div>
<div></div><div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Running flue vents for standard and high efficiency furnaces.</li>
<li>Sealing all duct connections to the plenum with duct tape and car coat.</li>
<li>Running refrigerant line-sets from furnace coil to outside air conditioners</li>
<li>Installing a furnace and coil in the correct location with 30&quot; of clearance.</li>
<li>Installing duct work level and securing it to meet code requirements.</li>
<li>Installing the kitchen hood vent in the correct location.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></div>

<div></div><ul><li>Prior experience with HVAC startup or construction preferred.</li>
<li>EPA Certified- a plus</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats, bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess strong customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be reliable and trustworthy.</li>
<li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interface with other Blue Mountain Inc. employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions</li>
<li>Basic understanding and ability to use hand tools</li>

<div></div><ul><li>Work is done predominantly at property sites with freeway and road travel in between job sites and office.</li>
<li>Lighting is both artificial and natural.</li>
<li>Equipment used includes cell phone as well as a motor vehicle, safety equipment such as, gloves, eyeglasses, dust masks, fire extinguisher, and battery powered and electrical tools such as saws, drills, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, etc.
</li><li>Individual will have some exposure to rain, dust, noise, heat, cold, and fumes.</li>
<li>Work will occasionally require individual to crawl and operate efficiently in small, tight, or confined spaces and/or rooftops.
</li><li>Physical demands include walking, standing, repetitive use of both hands, driving motor vehicles, as well as sitting, balancing, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.</li>
<li>Hours and days are primarily Monday through Friday with some overtime and weekends required.</li>
<li>Position requires contact with Blue Mountain Inc. employees, customers, and outside vendors.</li>
<li>Able to tolerate temperatures above 80+ for extended periods of time.</li>

<div></div><div><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></div>
<div>Responsible for performing the removal, installation, and startup of HVAC equipment in single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Must have a minimum of 4 years&rsquo; experience in the trade</li>
<li>Install furnaces, duct work, high/low voltage circuits, finish grills, minor dry wall repair etc. on properties installation of Sheetmetal includes installation of gutter, downspouts, wall to roof, rake metal flashings along with chaise caps and roof crickets Must understand the complete installation of HVAC and Sheetmetal on a residential tract home.</li>
<li>Install flues, kitchen hood and refrigerant lines.</li>
<li>Must know how to install an air conditioner, braze refrigerant lines and check for leaks</li>
<li>Maintain company-issued car; secure and organize tools, maintain equipment inventory, change oil and wash car as necessary.</li>
<li>Clean workspace in homes after removal or installation is complete.</li>
<li>Perform all other related duties as directed by supervisor.</li>

<ul><li>4-year minimum experience with HVAC retrofit install/ startup required.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid California driver&rsquo;s license; clear DMV report required.</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats, bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess basic math skills, capable of handling money payments.</li>
<li>Must manage e-mail, phone calls, etc. from cell phone.</li>
<li>Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to navigate the use of ladder-minimum of 6 foot up to 12 foot- with possible need for scaffold use to access rooftops.</li>
<li>Must be reliable and trustworthy.</li>
<li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interface with other Blue Mountain Inc. employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner.</li>
