<div>To assist and to learn all the functions of an HVAC Installer I</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
 <div>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</div>
<ul><li>Helper in the process of installing HVAC</li>
<li>Comfortable working on 2 story roofs</li>
<li>Ability to provide own transportation and tools</li>
<li>Motivated to create a quality product</li>
<li>Help Keep accurate and complete records</li>
</ul><div><b>KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Successful completion of Trade School</li>
<li>A minimum of 6 months experience</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions and meet deadline, reliable, dependable, able to provide great customer service, excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Awareness and willingness to comply of general safety conditions in the HVAC industry</li>
<li>Ability to lift 70+ pounds</li>
<li>Some Knowledge of current HVAC code, regulations, and industry standards</li>
<li>Awareness of general safety conditions for the industry and willing to comply</li>
<li>Residential or Construction experience a plus</li>
<li>Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation that can store a 6-foot ladder</li>
</ul><div><div><div><div><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</b></div>

<ul><li>Ability to Lift 70lbs</li>
<li>Able to tolerate temperatures above 80 + for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl</li>

</div><div></div><div><div><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></div>
</div></div></div></div><div>The HVAC Gutter/Sheet Metal Installer will be responsible for the installation of HVAC, Gutter and Sheet Metal in Residential New Construction Projects.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
</b></div><ul><li>Use of the safety harness while installing gutter and flashing on the roof.</li>
<li>Learning to strap and hang gutters on the roof.</li>
<li>Installing gutter joints, end caps, and outlets and sealing them with vulcum.</li>
<li>Installing wall to roof flashing.</li>
<li>Installing rake tile pan on your house.</li>
<li>Installing brick metal and column flashing.</li>
<li>Installing deck metal.</li>
<li>Skills to acquire HVAC Installer 2</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):</b></div>
<ul><li>EPA Certified &ndash; a plus</li>
<li>Read tape measure</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions</li>
<li>Basic understanding and ability to use hand tools</li>
<li>Know how to read/understand blue prints</li>
<li>Ability to work on two story roofs comfortably</li>
<li>1 - 1 &frac12; years of experience in HVAC residential construction.</li>
<li>OSHA 10 training and certification.</li>
</ul>
