</div><div></div><div><div><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></div>
</div></div></div></div><div>The HVAC Gutter/Sheet Metal Installer will be responsible for the installation of HVAC, Gutter and Sheet Metal in Residential New Construction Projects.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
</b></div><ul><li>Use of the safety harness while installing gutter and flashing on the roof.</li>
<li>Learning to strap and hang gutters on the roof.</li>
<li>Installing gutter joints, end caps, and outlets and sealing them with vulcum.</li>
<li>Installing wall to roof flashing.</li>
<li>Installing rake tile pan on your house.</li>
<li>Installing brick metal and column flashing.</li>
<li>Installing deck metal.</li>
<li>Skills to acquire HVAC Installer 2</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):</b></div>
<ul><li>EPA Certified &ndash; a plus</li>
<li>Read tape measure</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions</li>
<li>Basic understanding and ability to use hand tools</li>
<li>Know how to read/understand blue prints</li>
<li>Ability to work on two story roofs comfortably</li>
<li>1 - 1 &frac12; years of experience in HVAC residential construction.</li>
<li>OSHA 10 training and certification.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</b></div>
<div>Ability to Lift 70lbs.</div>
<ul><li>Able to tolerate temperatures above 80 + for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl</li>
</ul>
