 Job Description
 
 
 
 Identify client (organization's) training needs and propose suitable programs and international certifications.
 
 
 <ul>

 Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across India.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research on training trends, competitor offerings, and emerging learning needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and training projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep an updated customer database.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
 
 
 
 Previous Experience In B2B Sales Required
 
 
 
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training consultancy, L&amp;D, or corporate training environment.
 
 
 Demonstrated experience dealing with GCC corporate clients (India).
 
 
 Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
 
 
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is an advantage.
