Blue Star Auto Salon is looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist to welcome customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, has great customer service skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications<ul><li>Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Friendly, professional, and dependable</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word</li><li>Experience using Urable scheduling software (or ability to learn quickly)</li><li>Experience processing payments with Square</li><li>Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers</li><li>Knowledge of Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tint, and ceramic coatings is a plus, but not required</li><li>General automotive knowledge is preferred</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Drivers license (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Everett, WA 98204 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
