Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits</li><li>Manage payroll calculations and reporting</li><li>Work on Tally ERP Software</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 1&ndash;2 years preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
