Job SummaryBrain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads through a combination of digital channels and personal networks, with a particular focus on the telecom sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential business opportunities and forwarding qualified leads to the internal coordinator for further development and closure. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a robust professional network, and familiarity with ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and follow detailed sales plans and instructions from the Sales Manager.</li><li>Actively identify and pursue potential sales leads, both digitally and through personal connections.</li><li>Leverage existing relationships within the telecom industry to generate new business opportunities.</li><li>Qualify leads and forward them to the coordinator for further nurturing and eventual closing.</li><li>Continuously expand knowledge of telecom industry trends and develop new contacts within the corporate telecom sector.</li><li>Utilize ERP systems for tracking and managing sales processes (training will be provided).</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on business goals.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of corporate sales experience in the telecom industry.</li><li>Preferably MCom or BCom, MBA and BBA</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the telecom sector.</li><li>Extroverted personality with excellent social skills and a high level of confidence.</li><li>Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems is preferred (training will be provided).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>A natural networker with an outstanding social attitude.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.</li><li>Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and systems.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</li><li>A supportive and dynamic team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs65,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to do Incentive based IT Sales and meet the target ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Corporate Sales: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
