The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in installing, splicing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic networks. This is a field-based role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform fiber splicing using fusion splicer and testing using OTDR, VFL, Power Meters etc.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic issues, including signal loss or cuts.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs.</li><li>Install and terminate fiber optic cables (FTTH/FTTB/OSP/ISP).</li><li>Coordinate with NOC, deployment teams, and site supervisors.</li><li>Ensure all work follows safety and quality standards.</li></ul>Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Must have experience of underground fiber network, joints &amp; aerial fiber network development &amp; maintenance.</li><li>Proven experience in underground &amp; aerial fiber cable network installation, maintenance, splicing, and testing.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as OTDR, splicing machines, VFL, light meters, etc.</li><li>Ability to read network diagrams and splicing plans.</li><li>Willing to travel to various project sites as needed.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.</li><li>Good understanding of Active Network, Signal levels, GPON, EPON, and FTTx networks.</li><li>Effective response to service disruption events and ensure timely restoration (within defined ETTR).</li></ul>Qualification: <ul><li>Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) / intermediate or higher.</li><li>Age bracket below 32 years (36 for Supervisor)</li><li>Two to three years of experience will be preferred</li><li>Preferably from Lahore and must own a SMART Phone and Motorbike</li><li>Integrity and honesty</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</li><li>Must be willing to work in rotational day &amp; night shifts.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Market competitive salary package.</li><li>Medical coverage for employees and their families</li><li>Paid leaves</li><li>Vehicle Maintenance and Fuel Reimbursement</li><li>Group Life Insurance</li><li>Safety Kit</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs42,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 31/08/2025
