About the Role

We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions</li><li>
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed</li><li>
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments</li><li>
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care</li><li>
Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work</li><li>
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)</li><li>
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults</li><li>
Experience with telehealth or online therapy</li><li>
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions</li><li>
Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery</li><li>
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days</li><li>
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred</li><li>
Multi-state licensure a strong plus</li></ul>
