Brown Advisory is seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide executive support to senior leaders within the Institutional Business. This individual will serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, drives efficiency, helps executives operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and routinely handles highly confidential business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior Institutional Business leaders, acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, prioritizes competing demands, and drives efficient execution.</li><li>
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.</li><li>
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives, serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders as needed.</li><li>
Schedule, organize, and prepare materials and technology for meetings; coordinate meeting agendas, capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and follow-up requests when appropriate, and assist with internal and external events where support is required.</li><li>
Coordinate activities, priorities, and follow-up items on behalf of senior leaders to help ensure effective execution and communication across teams.</li><li>
Compile information and prepare recurring reports, presentations, and materials for executive review.</li><li>
Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, board materials, and other executive communications, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.</li><li>
Build strong working relationships across the firm and serve as a trusted point of coordination among executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals to ensure seamless support, effective coordination, and consistent execution across leadership teams.</li><li>
Exercise independent judgment in managing priorities, resolving issues, and escalating matters appropriately.</li><li>
Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and thoughtfully leverage new technologies and tools, including AI-enabled productivity solutions.</li><li>
Assist with various other needs of executives, ensuring tasks and special projects are managed efficiently and with discretion.</li><li>
Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum of 7&ndash;10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives and managing complex priorities in a fast-paced, professional services, financial services, or similarly dynamic environment.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.</li><li>
Superior written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>
Experience proofreading, copy editing, and preparing professionally formatted materials preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage shifting demands while maintaining professionalism and composure.</li><li>
Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning new technologies and ways of working.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Illustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.</li><li>

Work Arrangement
This position is based in our Baltimore office and requires in-office presence five days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on an ad hoc basis subject to business needs. Occasional flexibility may be needed to support early morning, evening, or travel-related business needs.</div>
Salary: $70-85k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).

Brown Advisory is currently seeking a proactive and professional individual to fill our Investment Operations Analyst position. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide operational support to the Investment team through client transactions, technology expertise and data administration. A successful candidate will be a proven self-starter who brings strong accountability, knowledge and detail-orientation to the organization.
The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Work closely with the Investment team and internal teams to provide superior service and support to our clients</li><li>
Daily review of completed transactions report and cross reference of all expected transactions (capital activity, client cash requests, etc.) to verify completion and detect anomalies</li><li>
Daily triage of the &ldquo;statement inboxes&rdquo; to identify actionable communications from fund managers and task appropriate team members</li><li>
Daily review of cash availability for upcoming money movement transactions</li><li>
Maintain portal access for investments, facilitate delivery of related documents to interested parties as needed, and support the team&rsquo;s workflows maintaining capital activity and valuations across required platforms</li><li>
Provide coverage for other team members as needed</li><li>
Contribute to ad hoc client-related and team projects as needed</li></ul>

Job Description
Brown Advisory is currently seeking a Technology Project Manager to join our Technology Project Delivery team and drive critical projects that are currently underway, or on our immediate project roadmap. This individual will be tasked with bringing project management discipline and focus to our environment, while also supporting a culture of agility, entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition to directly managing technology projects, this individual will assist in broader project portfolio management activities. This will include implementing new tools and capabilities for project portfolio status reporting, project dashboards, project registration, and requirements definition. This individual should also have familiarity with financial portfolio management/accounting systems including Addepar.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Execution of day-to-day project management activities on key initiatives.</li><li>
Establishing project governance according to project methodologies.</li><li>
Managing project dimensions of resources, budgets, timelines, scope, and quality.</li><li>
Building and maintaining detailed project plans according to standards.</li><li>
Clearing obstacles, following up on tasks, holding project team members accountable, and escalating issues, as required.</li><li>
Managing risks/issues/impediments lists and proactively resolve issues.</li><li>
Oversight of schedules, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>
Establishing stand-up, routine meeting, and Steering Committee cadences.</li><li>
Driving broad stakeholder engagement and communications.</li><li>
Assistance with oversight of 3rd party suppliers that are engaged on projects.</li><li>
Consultation with other team members regarding project management standards and activities.</li><li>
Driving business process analysis and requirements gathering with business unit subject-matter-experts and product owners</li><li>
Translating requirements into actionable development/enhancement/user story increments</li></ul>
Job Requirements<ul><li>
4+ years&rsquo; experience as a project manager, supporting both application development and infrastructure initiatives.</li><li>
Strong project management experience implementing and supporting financial systems, investment operations platforms, or portfolio accounting systems</li><li>
Experience leading system implementations, platform integrations, and operational process improvement initiatives within investment management environments</li><li>
Experience with data integration, reconciliation, workflow automation, enterprise data workflows, reporting/data warehouse solutions, and API-enabled platforms</li><li>
Familiarity with alternative investments, portfolio accounting, investment reporting, and/or financial data management processes</li><li>
Experience working within wealth management, asset management, family office, fintech, or related financial services environments Thorough understanding of, and experience implementing, various project management methodologies, including iterative development, Agile/Scrum, and structured approaches.</li><li>
A strong knowledge and demonstrated skilled use of various project, workspace, and collaboration tools, including: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Agile Studio, Asana, SharePoint/OneDrive, Box.com</li><li>
Experience establishing, documenting and maintaining process information.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver technical presentations to technical and non-technical staff, and communicating with executive and operational management.</li><li>
Gain a good understanding of the organization&rsquo;s business goals and objectives.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience in financial services, wealth management and regulated environments</li><li>
Experience with Addepar, Canoe Intelligence, or similar investment data, reporting, portfolio management, or operational workflow platforms</li><li>
