The Role</b></p><p>
You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.</p><div></div><div><b><br>

Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?</b></div><ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license to drive company vehicle.</li><li>
Pass EPA 608 Certification Type 1 &amp; 2.</li><li>
Service Titan experience preferred.</li><li>
Nate Certifications: Core and 2 specialties. (preferred)</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?</b></div><ul><li>
Complete all assigned work (service, tune-ups, inspections) in a complete, safe, and professional manner.</li><li>
Courteously take work direction from the dispatcher.</li><li>
Fill out all service invoices with 100% accuracy.</li><li>
Complete closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon completion of job.</li><li>
Maintain communication with internal teams.</li><li>
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.</li><li>
Properly complete required paperwork.</li><li>
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.</li><li>
Available to be on-call for service rotation</li></ul></div>
