You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

General Manager

Shift Leaders play a key role in supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering an excellent guest experience. They set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the crew, celebrating wins and providing feedback in real time.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
