4 - 10 hour days | $25/hr. | Paid Weekly

Monday - Tuesday, Thursday - Friday

A Day in the Life:</h4>
<ul><li>Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.</li>
<li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.</li>
<li>Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance.</li>
<li>Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.</li>
<li>Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.</li>
<li>Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">The Must-Haves:</h4>
<ul><li>Valid Class A CDL.</li>
<li>A clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards.</li>
<li>Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.</li>
<li>Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance</li>
<li>Must be able to do overnight runs.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Requirements</h4>
<ul><li>At least 2 years of Driving experience.</li>
<li>Experience with GPS and routing software.</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: $25 per hour based on experience, education and market data in the geographic location. Paid Weekly.
<ul>
<li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available to employees and eligible dependents starting the first day of the month after 30 days of employment (unless otherwise specified by a collective bargaining agreement).</li>
<li>401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match of $0.75 per $1.00 contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay, available after 30 days.</li>
<li>Paid time off, including (Pro-rated based on hire date):
<ul><li>10 vacation days and 2 personal days annually (prorated in the first year based on hire date).</li>
<li>40 hours sick for exempt | 56 hours sick for non-exempt per year, in accordance with Washington State law.</li>
<li>6 paid national holidays and 2 floating holidays</li>

Class A Driver | 4 Day Work Week

<div>Financial Analyst will be responsible for working directly with the leadership of our Private Label Brands team and other members in Category Management group on financial expectations and performance of their products.

This is a M-F, 8am-5pm role, working in our St. Louis, MO office. There may be some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per month if needed.
<div>
 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Financial oversight over internal cost support on private label brands. Approval of cost support initiatives for each category.</li>
<li>Monitor financial performance &ndash; identifying and communicating important trends and problem areas and working with Category Managers to develop plans to address those issues.</li>
<li>Assessing cost support requests to validate benefits proposed, partnering with category managers to develop specific, supportable business case assumptions, eg volume, pricing, growth rate and market assumptions.</li>
<li>Reviewing product financial performance and advising product partners on revenue, cost and margin trends and changes.</li>
<li>Identifying areas of improvement &ndash; particularly around financial performance &ndash; and working with the category managers to develop improvement plans, capturing expected outcomes.</li>
<li>Monthly reconciliation of profitability initiatives.</li>
<li>Working with General Manager on process enhancements for profitability reporting for each category in the Distribution Division.</li>
<li>Maintain high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong ability to work with data to support cost requirements and profit trends.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma required</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>4+ years in data analytics or financial reporting/forecasting.</li>
<li>High proficiency in MS Office including advanced MS Excel skill required</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to adapt to new analytical tools and software.</li>
<li>Highest standards for accuracy and precision; must be highly organized.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to improve and provide insights, prioritize, and respond quickly within a rapidly changing environment.
</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with data visualization software (PowerBI).</li>
