<div>Bunzl International Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Import Analyst to join our Import team as an Import Analyst and help us deliver best-in-class supply chain services to our internal customers. This role is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage costing controls and optimize import processes.

This is a full-time in-office position. Hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Cost management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Analyze international freight spending to identify cost-saving opportunities</li>
<li>Analyze budget verses actual to assist in operational costing controls</li>
<li>Other analytical reports as requested</li>
</ul></li><li>Internal and external communication:</li>
<li><ul><li>Act as a liaison between internal departments (operations at origin and at destination) and external partners (customers, vendors) to ensure smooth import processes.</li>
</ul></li><li>Reporting and analysis:</li>
<li><ul><li>Generate reports assigned accurately and urgently as needed. Able to combine, clean, and collect data from various data points to generate various reports</li>
</ul></li><li>Process improvement:</li>
<li><ul><li>Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.</li>
</ul></li>
</ul>Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, International Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>Prior internship or coursework related to international trade or logistics is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical and planning skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and plan logistics efficiently.</li>
<li>Excellent communication: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with a variety of internal and external contacts.</li>
<li>Attention to detail: Meticulous in handling documentation and ensuring accuracy.</li>
<li>Computer proficiency: Proficiency level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and proprietary logistics software.</li>
<li>Problem-solving: Ability to identify and assist to resolve issues that arise during the import process.</li>
<li>Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate pre-employment applicant screening</li>
<li>Provides benefits administration to internal customers including problem resolution, enrollment, etc.</li>
<li>Serve as the HIPAA representative &amp; COBRA Administrator</li>
<li>Coordinates required documentation for FMLA, STD/LTD and LOA</li>
<li>Maintains human resources records and HRIS systems by recording in accordance with legal requirements and company policy</li>
<li>Assists managers with time keeping system (Kronos) and coordinates payroll with the corporate payroll department</li>
<li>Assist Human Resources Generalists, Managers, and Directors with other Human Resources needs as assigned</li></ul> 
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of HR practices and familiarity of basic employment laws and compliance issues</li>
<li>Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills with proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Must possess strong planning, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as a team leader</li>
<li>Previous HRIS experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish is a plus</li>
<li>Travel will be required as business needs arise</li>
