Job Summary: 
Therapists are trained professionals who help individuals, families, and couples address and overcome various mental health challenges. They provide a range of therapeutic services within their associated geographical region, field, and scope of practice, such as counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification techniques. As a Therapist, your primary responsibility is to assess, diagnose, and treat clients/patients based on their individual needs. This involves conducting thorough assessments to understand their presenting concerns, gathering relevant background information, rendering a diagnosis, and formulating a treatment plan. Therapists utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, improve their relationships, and enhance their overall well-being. Required credentials include professional licenses in the fields of counseling, social work, and/or marital/family therapy.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide individual, group, family, and/or other practical counseling in a variety of settings to meet the needs of the client/patient and their treatment goals.</li><li>
Complete intake, screening, and/or comprehensive assessment processes within appropriate timeframes as designated by state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards.</li><li>
Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments.</li><li>
Develop treatment plans for clients/patients in accordance with state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards that demonstrate individualization and evolution based on information gathered from assessments.</li><li>
Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings, providing feedback on all pertinent cases.</li><li>
Responsible for meeting department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirements.</li><li>
Work closely with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and adequate information is provided within specified timeframes.</li><li>
Document all services provided in accordance with state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards.</li><li>
Ensure that services are entered within the appropriate timeframe and format, with notes referring to treatment plans.</li><li>
Correct any file/charting deficiencies within the appropriate timeframe.</li><li>
Assist clients/patients through the transition process and complete final correspondence such as transition summaries, plans, letters, etc.</li><li>
Complete all mandatory training, meeting state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards.</li><li>
Represent the agency within the community in a professional manner.</li><li>
Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients/patients, and coworkers, adhering to Code of Ethics and agency policies/procedures.</li><li>
Handle crisis situations as they arise. Participate in or coordinate emergency services to provide rapid aid in cases of crisis.</li><li>
Assist with providing professional/clinical supervision to individuals in training once all professional requirements have been met.</li><li>
Facilitate group counseling, group education, family therapy, and individual sessions, including specialty services such as trauma and co-occurring therapy.</li><li>
Provide training and guidance on clinical issues and evidence-based practices.</li><li>
Provide clinical consultation to treatment team members when necessary.</li><li>
Demonstrate interest in the long-term and short-term goals and objectives of the company.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ul> 
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must possess at least a Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.</li><li>
Holds licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state in which they practice as a professional counselor or social worker.</li><li>
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).</li><li>
Must be willing to become licensed in additional states other than the state currently licensed in.</li><li>
Must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve (training will be provided).</li></ul>
Additional Qualifications:<ul><li>
Expertise in diagnostic criteria for individuals with substance use disorders and/or mental health issues.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods, principles, and techniques as they relate to mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services.</li><li>
Detailed knowledge of the challenges faced by persons with mental health and/or substance use disorders.</li><li>
Considerable knowledge of the methods, modalities, legal requirements, and court procedures related to treating mental health and/or substance use disorders.</li><li>

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Hybrid)

<div>Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for providing nursing services to clients/patients in a variety of settings to include but not limited to: residential care facilities, behavioral health programs, substance use disorder treatment programs, crisis centers, outpatient and/or primary medical care clinics or in the community within client/patient homes.
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>
Perform all appropriate nursing assessments per service line requirements, utilizing a high level of clinical competence.</li><li>
Evaluate the client/patient&rsquo;s physical condition and the need for services.</li><li>
Complete required screenings, record the client/patient&rsquo;s initial medical histories and vital signs; coordinate any required action planning based on results.</li><li>
Monitor the health status of the client/patient during services provided.</li><li>
Work with the treatment team to coordinate care based on client/patient needs.</li><li>
Create action plans for client/patient based on physical and mental health in regards to treatment needs.</li><li>
Oversee infectious disease control, client/patient hygiene, and related client &amp; facility health issues, under the supervision of nursing leadership.</li><li>
Provide disease prevention, risk reduction and other health education as needed.</li><li>
Arrange medical appointments for client/patients dealing with medical conditions that occur during treatment and manage medical emergencies, such as accidental injuries and/or drug reactions.</li><li>
Consult with a physician/advanced practice provider as necessary or advocate for medical services through managed care organizations.</li><li>
Arrange or monitor special dietary needs for medical conditions.</li><li>
Review medication requirements with clients/patients, educating the client and guardian (if necessary) about the benefits of taking prescribed medications as prescribed.</li><li>
Administer and oversee administration of medications via various methods according to service line requirements; Monitor medication compliance in regard to State Regulatory standards.</li><li>
Consult with the physician/advanced practice provider or pharmacy to confirm medications prescribed.</li><li>
Oversee therapeutic injection of medication (subcutaneous or intramuscular).</li><li>
Monitor lab levels including consultation with physicians/advanced practice providers, clients, and clinical staff.</li><li>
Coordinate medication needs with pharmacies, clients/patients, and families, including the use of indigent drug programs.</li><li>
Monitor medication side-effects including the use of standardized evaluations.</li><li>
Monitor physician orders for treatment modifications requiring client/patient education.</li><li>
Assists Physician/Advanced Practice Provider with client/patient exams.</li><li>
Sets up and draws any necessary labs and performs any special procedures as requested by the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider.</li><li>
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner as indicated in company policies and procedures.</li><li>

Medication Clinic - Medical Assistant

<div>Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for providing nursing services to clients/patients in a variety of settings to include but not limited to: residential care facilities, behavioral health programs, substance use disorder treatment programs, crisis centers, outpatient and/or primary medical care clinics or in the community within client/patient homes.
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>
Perform all appropriate nursing assessments per service line requirements, utilizing a high level of clinical competence.</li><li>
Evaluate the client/patient&rsquo;s physical condition and the need for services.</li><li>
Complete required screenings, record the client/patient&rsquo;s initial medical histories and vital signs; coordinate any required action planning based on results.</li><li>
Monitor the health status of the client/patient during services provided.</li><li>
Work with the treatment team to coordinate care based on client/patient needs.</li><li>
Create action plans for client/patient based on physical and mental health in regards to treatment needs.</li><li>
Oversee infectious disease control, client/patient hygiene, and related client &amp; facility health issues, under the supervision of nursing leadership.</li><li>
Provide disease prevention, risk reduction and other health education as needed.</li><li>
Arrange medical appointments for client/patients dealing with medical conditions that occur during treatment and manage medical emergencies, such as accidental injuries and/or drug reactions.</li><li>
Consult with a physician/advanced practice provider as necessary or advocate for medical services through managed care organizations.</li><li>
Arrange or monitor special dietary needs for medical conditions.</li><li>
Review medication requirements with clients/patients, educating the client and guardian (if necessary) about the benefits of taking prescribed medications as prescribed.</li><li>
Administer and oversee administration of medications via various methods according to service line requirements; Monitor medication compliance in regard to State Regulatory standards.</li><li>
Consult with the physician/advanced practice provider or pharmacy to confirm medications prescribed.</li><li>
Oversee therapeutic injection of medication (subcutaneous or intramuscular).</li><li>
Monitor lab levels including consultation with physicians/advanced practice providers, clients, and clinical staff.</li><li>
Coordinate medication needs with pharmacies, clients/patients, and families, including the use of indigent drug programs.</li><li>
Monitor medication side-effects including the use of standardized evaluations.</li><li>
Monitor physician orders for treatment modifications requiring client/patient education.</li><li>
Assists Physician/Advanced Practice Provider with client/patient exams.</li><li>
Sets up and draws any necessary labs and performs any special procedures as requested by the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider.</li><li>
