As an accountant, you will perform a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling complex financial transactions, Budgeting, Reconciliation, Cash Flow management, statements, records, and reports; maintains the accuracy of the Company&rsquo;s ledgers and subsidiary financial systems; assists in the preparation of assigned budgets, annual audit, and year end closing.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable Management</li><li>Preparing of financial statements &amp; Bookkeeping on QuickBooks, Xero &amp; Sage.</li><li>Payroll Management.</li><li>Withholding Tax Filling &amp; Value Added Tax (VAT).</li><li>Invoice &amp; Billing, Financial Statements and Analysis.</li><li>Bank Reconciliations, Budgeting &amp; Forecasting.</li><li>Detailed reconciliation of credit and cash payments, driver payments and bookings.</li><li>Management accounts</li><li>Cash flow Management</li><li>Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.</li><li>Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.</li><li>Assist with tax audits and tax returns.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close process.</li></ul>Required skills/qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Accountant with UK based companies/projects.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, especially SAGE, QuickBooks, &amp; MS Office.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
