THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sales Associate you will begin your career training in a territory partnered with a Territory Representative for several months. Then you will be assigned a few accounts to maintain and grow in the territory you will own upon successful completion of the training program. This is an amazing opportunity to develop and grow as a medical device sales professional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Objectives<ul><li>Train with a Territory Representative (TR) for a minimum of 3 to 6 months to establish a solid foundation in the territory representing Caldera Medical</li><li>Stay current on competitor products and market trends to sharpen your positioning.</li><li>Leverage CRM to track account activity, analyze trends, and prioritize opportunities.</li><li>Establish trust with Gynecologists, Urogynecologists, and Urologists across several sites of care - hospital ORs, ASCs, and office-based settings in your territory.</li><li>Transition and continue to nurture relationships as you prepare to take ownership for the territory after the completion of the program.</li><li>Assume total territory ownership upon the successful completion of the training program.</li></ul> 
Customer Success<ul><li>Deliver consistent post-sale service and support that drives retention and referrals.</li><li>Always represent Caldera with professionalism and high integrity</li></ul>
WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR
Required<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BS/BA)</li><li>Strong Relationship orientation and strategic thinking skills</li></ul><ul><li> 
Must reside within the territory.</li><li>Coachable, self-motivated, and flexible.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Evidence of leadership and competitive drive &ndash; athletics, team environments, extracurriculars</li></ul> 
Preferred<ul><li>B2B sales experience or working in the operating room or medical office environment.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience (i.e., athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues.</li><li>Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.</li></ul>

As a Sales Associate you will begin your training in a territory partnered with a Territory Representative for several months. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Travel 30-40% in order to:<ul><li>
Maintain all existing revenue.</li><li>
Attend surgical cases in the operating room.</li><li>
Build pipeline momentum of opportunities.</li><li>
Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support.</li></ul></li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>
Less than 6 years of experience</li><li>
Strong Relationship orientation and strategic thinking skills</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed.</li><li>
Willingness to train in another territory for 3 to 6 months</li><li>
Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. upon promotion.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook</li></ul>
