 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the legal function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with the Central Bank of the UAE, DIFC, DFSA, ADGM, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal guidance on new product launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage external legal advisors effectively and cost-efficiently.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree from a reputable university;
 </li>
 <li>
 12+ years PQE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in FinTech, payments, banking, or financial services law within the UAE and international markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills.
 </li>
