 Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee case management, strategy, and compliance across all legal areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage external legal firms running litigation/disputes while handling litigation matters and general matters in-house.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee case management, strategy, and compliance across all legal areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee contract disputes, lease agreements, and lender negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage tenancy disputes, guarantor checks, and debt collection.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 12+ years of experience in property law, covering residential, commercial, and construction disputes. With at least 6 years in the UK in the Construction or Commercial Residential industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Current SRA practising certificate with authorisation to conduct litigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead and mentor legal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with property portfolio management and landlord-tenant matters specific to high-value residential and commercial properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with construction industry standard forms, including contentious and non-contentious work.
 </li>
 </ul>
