 As a Waiter at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests. You will serve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

 Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
 </li>

 Answer questions about menu selections and make recommendations when appropriate.
 </li>

 Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relay special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record orders and transactions using the MICROS system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including china, glassware, and service stations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning off equipment, and securing the service area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present accurate checks to guests and process payments efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet and acknowledge all guests according to Capital Motion standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities.
 </li>
