<div>This position will be supporting Women &amp; Infants Hospital nd will be located in Providence, RI
Primary Function: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) establishes and maintains working relationships with all levels of Hospital management and staff, and works with management to strategically and proactively address Human Resources matters and to analyze and forecast trends. The HRBP also participates and supports a variety of projects and initiatives in support of their designated Operating Unit, the HR department, and the system. The HR Business Partner identifies areas of concern and either provides direct assistance or coordinates the assistance of a specialist or consultant to work together to address these issues. The HRBP maintains awareness of and appropriately utilizes the services provided by the HR specialty areas (i.e. Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, LOAs, Occupational Health, etc.).
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Required</li>
<li>Minimum 3 to 5 Years in Human Resources.</li>
<li>Prior experience in a unionized environment is required for all of the OU&rsquo;s with the exception of the Medical Group, The Providence Center, and Corporate Services.</li>
<li>Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR, SPHR preferred</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Strong conflict resolution skills are required as well as excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work respectfully and effectively with all levels</li>
<li>Analytical/technical thinking; project management skills; initiative/creativity</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment; to manage multiple responsibilities, often under time pressures; to function independently and effectively</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of MS office products, Excel, Word, Power-point, and working knowledge of HRIS and ATS Systems</li>
