The Content Marketing Manager translates enterprise positioning into high-impact content that fuels awareness, engagement, pipeline influence, and sales enablement.</div>

Sample Activities to Deliver the Goals</b></div><ul><li>
Translate enterprise positioning and product marketing narratives into a unified content strategy with strict adherence to brand standards for voice, tone, terminology, and accessibility.</li><li>
Own and maintain Carenet&rsquo;s editorial style guide and content governance framework, ensuring consistent application across owned, earned, and paid channels.</li><li>
Build and manage a 12-month editorial calendar aligned to quarterly GTM themes, solution launches, PR opportunities, analyst activity, and events.</li><li>
Develop full-funnel content packages&mdash;including POV blogs, reports, case studies, landing pages, email nurtures, and sales narratives&mdash;aligned to buyer journeys and ICPs.</li><li>
Write and edit high-impact long-form and short-form content, ensuring clarity, narrative consistency, SEO alignment, and message pull-through.</li><li>
Establish and enforce editorial QA workflows covering factual accuracy, claims substantiation, brand and legal compliance, accessibility, and pre-publish reviews.</li><li>
Partner with Digital Marketing to embed keyword strategies, schema, and conversion UX into web content and lead ongoing content refresh cycles based on performance data.</li><li>
Orchestrate content distribution across organic social, email, partner channels, and multi-format repurposing to extend reach and lifecycle value.</li><li>
Analyze content and campaign dashboards to optimize strategy based on traffic, engagement, MQL/SQO influence, and pipeline contribution.</li><li>
Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate solution narratives and BOMs into clear, usable sales content and enablement assets.</li><li>
Partner with PR and Analyst Relations to develop executive bylines and thought leadership that support earned media and analyst visibility.</li><li>
Source, coach, and manage SMEs, freelancers, and agency partners to scale production while preserving quality and brand voice.</li><li>
Work with Marketing Operations to improve intake processes, templates, RACIs, and workflow tools that increase predictability and reduce rework.</li><li>
Maintain and co-manage a centralized content library to ensure easy access, reuse, and consistency across cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li><b>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</b> in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.</li><li><b>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience</b> in B2B content marketing, journalism, or copywriting; healthcare or enterprise services experience preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to create content for complex, regulated, or technical business topics; portfolio required.</li><li>
Strong editorial operations expertise, including governance, calendars, QA workflows, and content standards.</li><li>
Proven hands-on copywriting and editing skills across long-form and short-form assets.</li><li>
Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content at scale.</li><li>
Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>
Ability to align content strategy with GTM priorities, Sales goals, and demand generation efforts.</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with a high attention to detail and brand stewardship mindset.</li></ul></div>
