What will you drive:</b></div><ul><li>
Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers to ensure accurate pickup and delivery times.</li><li>
Address any route changes, delays, or issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>
Manage relationships with fixed monthly outsource drivers responsible for transporting our vehicles.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule ad-hoc outsource drivers for additional transportation needs.</li><li>
Oversee the movement of vehicles by coordinating with both fixed and ad-hoc drivers.</li><li>
Ensure that vehicles are delivered to designated locations on time and in optimal condition.</li><li>
Implement strategies to improve driver performance and maintain positive relationships.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What are we looking for?</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or any related field.</li><li>
Proven experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on vendor management and multitasking.</li><li>

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>

Logistics Coordinator

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver&rsquo;s Seat?</b></div><ul><li>
Take end-to-end ownership of warranty cases received via the portal, ensuring no issue is left stranded.</li><li>
Reach out to customers, understand their concerns, and resolve issues through clear communication and practical solutions.</li><li>
Educate customers where applicable, coordinate inspections at customer locations, or arrange vehicle movement to workshops when required.</li><li>
Manage each case independently, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.</li><li>
Handle challenging conversations calmly, even when customers are frustrated or aggressive</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What&rsquo;s Under the Hood:</b></div><ul><li>
Strong proficiency in English and Arabic, with the ability to confidently explain, influence, and convince customers.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a customer-facing workshop environment.</li><li>
Solid hands-on knowledge of automobiles&mdash;this role requires real technical understanding, not fancy degrees.</li><li>
Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.</li><li>
