CARS Eatery is looking for a creative, social-media-savvy content creator to completely transform how our brand shows up online.We are not looking for someone who simply posts food photos. We need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, comment, share and visit a restaurant. The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging short-form videos and understands the hooks, trends, humor, pacing and storytelling that perform well on TikTok and Instagram Reels.You will have creative freedom to develop a recognizable personality for CARS Eatery and turn our food, employees, customers and restaurant experience into entertaining content.This is a flexible, results-focused position. We expect approximately 3&ndash;5 quality posts per week, although we are open to your recommendations based on what you believe will grow the brand.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a short-form content strategy for TikTok and Instagram.</li><li>Film and edit engaging videos at CARS Eatery locations.</li><li>Create strong opening hooks that capture attention immediately.</li><li>Follow relevant trends while keeping the content original to our brand.</li><li>Feature our food, employees, customers, promotions and behind-the-scenes operations.</li><li>Write captions and select appropriate sounds, hashtags and posting times.</li><li>Respond to comments and help build an active online community.</li><li>Review performance data and adjust content based on views, watch time, shares and engagement.</li><li>Test new video concepts and identify formats that can become recurring CARS Eatery series.</li><li>Help turn online attention into restaurant visits and direct orders.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience creating successful TikTok, Instagram Reel or other short-form content.</li><li>A strong understanding of why certain videos go viral and others do not.</li><li>Skilled in filming, video editing, storytelling and writing attention-grabbing hooks.</li><li>Comfortable directing and appearing with employees or customers when appropriate.</li><li>Creative, outgoing and willing to experiment with new ideas.</li><li>Able to work independently and consistently meet posting goals.</li><li>Knowledge of food, restaurant or local-business marketing is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar editing software is preferred.</li></ul>RequirementsApplicants should provide:<ul><li>Links to social media accounts or a portfolio of videos they have created.</li><li>Examples of posts that performed well and an explanation of their role in creating them.</li><li>A brief description of how they would improve CARS Eatery&rsquo;s TikTok and Instagram presence.</li><li>Availability and expected compensation.</li></ul>ScheduleThe schedule is flexible and will depend on how much time is needed to film, edit and publish approximately 3&ndash;5 posts per week.
