Position: Critical Intervention Specialist

Location: Redding, CA (and surrounding counties: Siskiyou, Tehama, Modoc, Trinity, Shasta)

Reports to: Program Director

Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $72,510.98 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Who You Are:
<ul>
<li>Must hold a Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education or Applied Behavior Analysis.</li>
<li>Experience in the human services field required.</li>
<li>Must have a California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.</li>
<li>Preferred experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is a bonus!</li>
</ul>
The Job:
<ul>
<li>Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.</li>
<li>Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review.</li>
<li>Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.</li>
<li>Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls.</li>
<li>Participate in clinical trainings</li>
<li>Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.</li>

Location: Napa (includes the following counties: Napa, Sonoma, Solano), In-Person/Onsite Required

Reports to: Program Director

Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $85,805.34 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

The Job:
<ul>
<li>Team management, responsible for meeting key performance indicators, stakeholder engagement, outreach, succession planning, and engaging in professional development.</li>
<li>Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.</li>
<li>Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEMs Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS) using the Behavior Skills Training model.</li>
<li>Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.</li>
<li>Participate in clinical trainings</li>
<li>Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.</li>
