<div>Working Shift: 2 X 12 Shifts: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (Saturday and Sunday)</div>
<ul><li>Paid training is for 2 weeks, working a morning shift. Once training is completed, you will be scheduled for your normal overnight shift going forward.</li>

</div><div>Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of daily clinical study activities. Serving as a liaison between the investigative site and the Sponsor. Responsible for accurately and ethically documenting all information obtained throughout the clinical research process.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provides general nursing care to study participants as necessary; including, but not limited to monitoring of vitals, blood sugar, vital signs, lab tests, etc.</li>
<li>Reviews and executes clinical research protocols.</li>
<li>Completes and maintains study documents in accordance with sponsor and site requirements.</li>
<li>Possible recruitment of potential study subjects.</li>
<li>Screens subjects for eligibility, and schedules subjects for study specific assessments, as designated on the Delegation of Authority Log.</li>
<li>Completes and maintains Case Report Forms in agreement with the source documentation and in accordance with study protocol.</li>
<li>Accompanies sponsor representatives during their visits and maintains effective and ongoing communication with the sponsor.</li>
<li>Maintains adequate inventory of all data and supplies.</li>
<li>Regularly attends training meetings, staff meetings, initiation meetings, study start-up meetings, and other meetings as assigned.</li>
<li>Observes, documents, reports, and follows up on adverse events and serious adverse events.</li>
<li>Conducts the informed consent process, per CenExel Standard Operating Procedures.</li>
<li>Follows up appropriately on all laboratory results.</li>
<li>Maintains safety standards when performing job responsibilities.</li>
<li>Maintains study logs and site relations</li>
<li>Ensures proper collection, processing, and shipment (if applicable) of laboratory specimens.</li>
<li>Is on call to answer questions for other members of support staff, study patients or other medical staff, as necessary.</li>
<li>Assists with quality assurance activities and completes queries, as applicable.</li>
<li>Obtains Principal Investigator signatures on necessary documents.</li>
<li>Oversees or coordinates the administration of investigational medication and follows subjects throughout the study stay, per protocol.</li>
<li>Ensures accountability and adequate supply for study and clinical drugs.</li>

Education/Experience/Skills:

Licensed Vocational Nurse - Clinical Research (Part-Time Weekends)

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)

Job Summary:
Provides direct support to Clinical Research Coordinators in the completion of protocol-specific study goals while observing strict adherence to ICH, GCP, protocol, and site guidelines and policies.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Creating and maintaining patient charts for all assigned studies.</li>
<li>Preparing participant visits based on CRCs schedule, ensuring all source documents, assessments, lab kits and other visit materials are available and accurate. Filing of lab results, EKG results, and other communication in designated patient charts.</li>
<li>Maintaining inventory of study specific supplies including lab kits, assessments and participant facing materials.</li>
<li>Timely completion of data entry and query resolution for all CRFs, based on sponsor specific timelines and deadlines established in contract or other communication.</li>
<li>Assisting Coordinators in assessments, including but not limited to, blood pressure, urine collection.</li>
<li>Communicating with study participants, caregivers, third party vendors and laboratories as needed.</li>
<li>Assisting Coordinators with scheduling, copying, faxing, and other clerical tasks.</li>
<li>Aiding Coordinators in the facilitation of study monitoring visits.</li>
<li>Completion of daily responsibilities delegated by CRC as they pertain to the study and/or participants.</li>

Medical Assistant - Clinical Research

Job Summary:
 
Responsible for conducting basic to moderately complex diagnostic testing. Performs basic interpretation and limited problem resolution with guidance from senior lab techs, as needed.

<ul><li>Have full knowledge of laboratory procedures and processes per protocol, laboratory manual, shipping manual, etc.</li><li>Assists the laboratory manager in site preparation for study conduct.</li><li>Assists in the creation of laboratory documents (harvest logs, etc.)</li><li>Assists in the preparation of collection tubes, vials, study supplies for visits.</li><li>Monitors temperature of laboratory sample storage and address any excursions.</li><li>Maintains harvest logs, chain of custody, laboratory sample manifest/inventory logs and/or memos.</li><li>Packs and properly labels all study materials for storage or return to sponsor upon study close out.</li><li>Obtains samples per protocol, performs select diagnostic test or limited high complexity testing and documents process in source documents.</li><li>Assists in gathering data for validations on select instrumentation.</li><li>Assists with monitoring supply inventory.</li><li>Stores samples in an upright position in appropriate shipping boxes in the freezer. Stores primary and secondary samples in separate shipping boxes.</li><li>Ensures freezer/refrigerator temperature is within range for protocol and ensures appropriate logs are kept.</li><li>Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.</li><li>Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Summary:

Schedule: Full-Time (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) + working every other weekend (Required)

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00/hr (Depending on education, experience, and skillset)

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Presents an understanding of components of care and how the role of psychiatric technician fits into the delivery of services.</li>
<li>Observes and reports personality and/or behavior changes in subjects to the charge person or charge nurse.</li>
<li>Completes responsibilities as delegated by the charge person or charge nurse for the shift.</li>
<li>Interacts closely with clients to assist them in problem solving and to de-escalate subjects who become upset or belligerent.</li>
<li>Assists with completing a group activity during each shift worked.</li>
<li>Communicates appropriately with subjects while assisting them with ADL&rsquo;s, supplying them with cigarette breaks as allowed in the protocol.</li>
<li>Provides the subjects with meals and snacks as allowed in the study, ensuring subjects adhere to the protocol specific dietary and smoking restrictions.</li>
<li>Assist the subjects with meal prep, meal ordering, meal choices, and delivers meals depending on location.</li>
<li>Assists subjects with laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Assists with nightly room and equipment checks.</li>
<li>Assists with dispensing medications (if properly certified) as instructed by MD or Medication Administration Record. Communicates with MD in person or over the phone to receive PRN or STAT medication changes as needed for subjects.</li>
<li>Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.</li>
