JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Assists Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses. Prepares examination rooms. Prepares patients for examinations. Processes charts. Assists Office Professionals with clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Completes and records the following types of tasks in the Centerstone Health Services&rsquo; EMR:<ul><li>
Patient vital signs</li><li>
Spirometry readings</li><li>
Administers EKGs</li><li>
Assists with office procedures</li><li>
Administers injections and vaccines</li><li>
Draws and processes blood and lab specimens</li><li>
Renders basic first aid when necessary</li><li>
Ensures that all data elements are captured in each patient visit</li></ul></li><li>
Assists physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses with examinations of patients; assist patients.</li><li>
Supplies management (ordering and stocking of examination rooms/clinic area); sterilize instruments; clean examination rooms.</li><li>
Prepares patient information and process related paperwork.</li><li>
Follows guidelines and procedures set by both the Medical Director and the CHS Quality Assurance (QA) Team.</li><li>
Responsible for direct patient communications regarding:<ul><li>
Lab results</li><li>
Future appointments</li><li>
Hospital admissions</li><li>
Referral appointments</li></ul></li><li>
Able to answer patient questions or direct them to the proper resources whether in person or over the phone.</li><li>

Manages the doctoral internship curriculum, site placements, student evaluations, and APA accreditation compliance. This position is essential for navigating the transition from student to professional, ensuring that training meets legal, ethical, and clinical standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Monitors the performance, placement, and productivity of all clinical students and coordinates placement needs, and student assignments.</li><li>
Program Management &amp; Compliance: Handles day-to-day clinical activities, policy decisions, curriculum planning, and writing APA annual reports and maintaining records for reaccreditation.</li><li>
Student Oversight: Conducts student evaluations, addresses grievances, and monitors progress.</li><li>
Faculty Liaison: Works with consortium faculty to align didactic training with clinical practice.</li><li>
Provides instruction, clinical supervision, and administrative guidance to students in the Centerstone Consortium Internship program, doctoral extern program and post-doctoral psychology programs.</li><li>
Functions in administrative and training capacities consistent with the requirements of the Centerstone Consortium Internship program and doctoral externship programs, maintains clinical competencies and program needs to monitor budget issues in assigned programs.</li><li>
Develops, implements, and reviews internship and practicum policies, procedures and standards for the internship and externship programs.</li><li>
Arranges trainings with internal trainers and outside providers/vendors (scheduling, documenting, procuring resources, etc.) and monitors didactic delivery for compliance with American Psychological Association standards.</li><li>
Maintains records in compliance with APA internship requirements.</li><li>
Provides individual and group supervision and monitors supervision provided by other professionals.</li></ul>

This position is part of a 24/7/365 high volume, suicide prevention focused call team. Our department has been featured in a Time Magazine article detailing our team&rsquo;s efforts toward suicide prevention. SUMMARY OF POSITION
This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. This position is responsible for managing, developing, coordinating and conducting training following best practice for suicide prevention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Responsible for development and oversight of new hire training and working with the Director, Clinical Supervisor, Program Manager to coordinate schedules to meet needs of both the department and new hires.</li><li>

Demonstrates high level of clinical knowledge and skill in providing call/chat/text clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to contacts</li><li>

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The main function of this position is to pick up and drop off clients for the day group at outpatient.
Fleet Maintenance Driver responsible for coordinating, scheduling and reporting fleet maintenance needs across multiple departments here in Florida. Assisting with administrative work to include active monitoring of monthly transportation logs, auto insurance claims and GPS tracking. 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Picks up and drops off clients for the day group at outpatient.
</li><li>Transports inter-office mail to and from all Centerstone facilities.</li><li>
Maintains mileage log and vehicle records for assigned vehicle each shift worked.</li><li>
Accompanies residents to meetings, and or corporate functions.</li><li>
Picks up mail, which could also include packages from Post Office, hospital campus supplies, cases of paper, cleaning supplies, and office supplies for delivery to Administration, and all outpatient locations.</li></ul>
