JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position serves: Harrison County
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple&rsquo;s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one&rsquo;s service area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.</li><li>
Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team</li><li>
Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.</li><li>
Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.</li><li>
Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
</li><li>Meet billable hour productivity standards.</li><li>
Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.</li><li>
Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.</li><li>
Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Master&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
Years of Experience
Three to five years&rsquo; experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Must have an active three letter or associate license.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. This position is responsible for managing, developing, coordinating and conducting training following best practice for suicide prevention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Responsible for development and oversight of new hire training and working with the Director, Clinical Supervisor, Program Manager to coordinate schedules to meet needs of both the department and new hires.</li><li>
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs</li><li>
Responsible for collection of data</li><li>
Demonstrates high level of clinical knowledge and skill in providing call/chat/text clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to contacts</li><li>
Facilitates bi-weekly skills building sessions, staff trainings and staff development functions</li><li>
Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.</li><li>
Excellent management and supervisory skills</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS 
Education Level
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mental health or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist for at least 2 years is required. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.
Years of Experience
Three years of relevant experience is preferred. One year of experience in the field of mental health, mental health trauma, or crisis management and suicide prevention is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The main function of this position is to pick up and drop off clients for the day group at outpatient.
Fleet Maintenance Driver responsible for coordinating, scheduling and reporting fleet maintenance needs across multiple departments here in Florida. Assisting with administrative work to include active monitoring of monthly transportation logs, auto insurance claims and GPS tracking. 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Picks up and drops off clients for the day group at outpatient.
</li><li>Transports inter-office mail to and from all Centerstone facilities.</li><li>
Maintains mileage log and vehicle records for assigned vehicle each shift worked.</li><li>
Accompanies residents to meetings, and or corporate functions.</li><li>
Picks up mail, which could also include packages from Post Office, hospital campus supplies, cases of paper, cleaning supplies, and office supplies for delivery to Administration, and all outpatient locations.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.</li><li>
Ability to use laptop, or desk top computers for GPS, Google maps, or any other means of finding ways in the community.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS 
Education Level
High school diploma or GED required.

Certification/Licensure
A clean Florida driver's record and valid Florida Driver&rsquo;s License required.
