JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION 
Centerstone is committed to delivering care that changes people&rsquo;s lives. The goal of the Centerstone Contact Center is to provide an easily accessible, efficient, single point of access to all those inquiring after Centerstone Services. Those inquiries will be met with excellent customer experience that include screening, appropriate referral, scheduling, and support- all provided while striving for single call resolution.
The Centerstone Contact Center Specialist is an integral component of our Centerstone team. This position often serves as the first point of contact our patients have with Centerstone. The position requires excellence in customer service and compassionate care supported by a thorough understanding of the organization&rsquo;s treatment and support programs. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of behavioral health basics and understand health insurance benefits.
Compensation: The entry pay range for this position is $16.50 to $18.22 per hour, with the final starting rate determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Deliver a respectful, compassionate experience for every caller, working to achieve one‑call resolution whenever possible.</li><li>Support individuals and families by scheduling appointments or connecting them with the most appropriate clinicians and services based on identified needs.</li><li>Complete crisis screening assessments and coordinate with crisis or mobile crisis teams when immediate intervention is required.</li><li>Gather essential demographic information and document all details accurately within the CRM and/or EMR systems.</li><li>Identify each caller&rsquo;s funding source and perform brief insurance verification.</li><li>Manage and track referrals in Salesforce, including conducting necessary outbound follow‑up calls.</li><li>Achieve or exceed Contact Center KPIs and quality audit performance standards.</li><li>Maintain strict compliance with all HIPAA and PHI guidelines and protocols.</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and community partners through written, verbal, and virtual channels across multiple digital platforms</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>

Position Summary:
The Director, Adult Community Services provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for adult community-based behavioral health services across Centerstone&rsquo;s Florida market. This position oversees assigned service lines through program managers and is responsible for program performance, financial stewardship, compliance, community partnerships, and the development and expansion of adult community services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. This position is responsible for managing, developing, coordinating and conducting training following best practice for suicide prevention.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The main function of this position is to pick up and drop off clients for the day group at outpatient.
Fleet Maintenance Driver responsible for coordinating, scheduling and reporting fleet maintenance needs across multiple departments here in Florida. Assisting with administrative work to include active monitoring of monthly transportation logs, auto insurance claims and GPS tracking. 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Picks up and drops off clients for the day group at outpatient.
</li><li>Transports inter-office mail to and from all Centerstone facilities.</li><li>
Maintains mileage log and vehicle records for assigned vehicle each shift worked.</li><li>
Accompanies residents to meetings, and or corporate functions.</li><li>
Picks up mail, which could also include packages from Post Office, hospital campus supplies, cases of paper, cleaning supplies, and office supplies for delivery to Administration, and all outpatient locations.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.</li><li>
Ability to use laptop, or desk top computers for GPS, Google maps, or any other means of finding ways in the community.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS 
Education Level
High school diploma or GED required.
Years of Experience
Certification/Licensure
A clean Florida driver's record and valid Florida Driver&rsquo;s License required.
