Schedule</b></h3><p>
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM<br>
(Some overtime based on seasonal demand)</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation</b></h3><p>
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing)<br>
<b>Sign-On Bonus:</b> Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

What You'll Be Doing</b></h3><p>
You'll be responsible for servicing residential HVAC systems while building trust with homeowners.</p><ul><li>
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems</li><li>
Complete preventative maintenance and system evaluations</li><li>
Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers</li><li>
Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities based on system condition</li><li>
Maintain accurate service documentation</li><li>
Follow all company safety standards and best practices</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience</li><li>
EPA Universal Certification</li><li>
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently in the field</li><li>
Professional communication and customer service skills</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain - fully reimbursed)</li><li>
