Responsibilities
 The Clinic/Therapy Aide I or II will perform necessary clerical duties and with assist with patient treatments as directed. Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with other staff and departments within a team to ensure quality patient care. Primary responsibilities are assisting with activities in a variety of departments. Duties may include answering phones, and clerical duties including data entry. May accompany patients to appointments. Work is full time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Work is performed at the clinic with occasional work in the community or residential site. Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Assists with the implementation of patient treatment programs in the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech/Education Departments according to legal guidelines and under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist. Requires lifting, handling, carrying and manipulating patients, equipment and supplies weighing up to 150 pounds.</li><li>
Requires ability to use proper lifting techniques, good balance, and sufficient strength to provide patients with virtually all levels of assistance from standby to maximum assistance. Must have adequate endurance, motor, visual and cognitive skills to demonstrate and/or assist with therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, social skills, transfers and handling therapeutic equipment.</li><li>
Performs toilet and chair transfers without assistance for patients up to 150 pounds utilizing approved transfer techniques. Transfer techniques include standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. Patients requiring moderate to maximum assistance and weighing over 200 pounds are lifted and/or transferred by two persons.
</li><li>Performs documentation such as daily progress notes, treatment modules, and behavior modification documentation. Performs organizational/administrative projects such as filing and light typing. Sets up and dismantles patient charts in a timely manner.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications
Experience and Education<ul><li>
Educational Background: High School graduation or GED required. Some college preferred.</li><li>
Work Experience: Experience in rehabilitation or related field is preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities
The Technology Care Project Manager provides project management leadership and coordination across the Information Technology department, working directly with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to maintain visibility and drive delivery across the full portfolio of IT projects. This position is responsible for organizing, tracking, and facilitating projects while ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and priorities. Work is performed on-site in the Bakersfield office and requires frequent collaboration with Information Technology staff and organizational leadership.<ul><li>
Maintains portfolio-level visibility across all Information Technology projects and provides the CIO with clear, current status updates regarding project progress, risks, dependencies, and items requiring executive attention.</li><li>
Administers and optimizes Jira, including project boards, workflows, dashboards, automation rules, and reporting. Supports teams with project planning, task development, backlog management, and project organization.</li><li>
Leads larger and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, stakeholder communication, dependencies, and deliverables.</li><li>
Provides project management support to teams managing their own initiatives by assisting with planning, reporting, project recovery efforts, task breakdown, and overall project coordination.</li><li>
Produces concise and meaningful reporting for leadership and stakeholders while translating technical details into clear business-focused updates.</li><li>
Identifies risks, dependencies, and barriers to project success and works proactively to drive resolution or appropriate escalation.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Experience and Education<ul><li>
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.</li><li>
Work Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in an Information Technology, software, healthcare, or technology-driven environment.</li><li>
Experience administering and utilizing Jira, including workflows, dashboards, boards, reporting, and project organization functions.</li><li>
Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.</li><li>
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and maintain a high level of accountability and follow-through.</li><li>
Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Project management certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP are preferred but not required.</li></ul>
