 We&rsquo;re seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner to serve as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams&mdash;driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, enjoys solving problems collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of technology, agile methodologies, and digital product delivery.
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technical analysts, and development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.</li><li>
Define product vision, roadmap, MVP, and release strategies for assigned digital platforms and applications.</li><li>
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs, ensuring development aligns with organizational goals.</li><li>
Partner with technical teams to review and prioritize daily defects, enhancements, and deployment issues&mdash;balancing short-term fixes with long-term product health.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Quality Engineering, Technical Analysts, and Line of Business POs) to ensure delivery readiness and smooth release cycles.</li><li>
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT efforts&mdash;ensuring high-value, timely delivery of digital features.</li><li>
Act as a strategic problem solver, identifying impacts, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple lines of business.</li><li>
Drive alignment meetings with other Product Owners to coordinate platform dependencies, upcoming initiatives, and roadmap priorities.</li><li>
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, asking the right questions to uncover true needs and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.</li><li>
Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.</li></ul> 
Who You Are:<ul><li>
A senior-level Product Owner or Technical Product Manager with proven experience in digital platform delivery or IT-driven transformation initiatives.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience in product ownership, digital delivery, or IT program management.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li><li>
Experience managing complex environments with multiple offshore/onshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>
Skilled at breaking down ambiguity into actionable steps; thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills&mdash;able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Adept at using data and business context to drive prioritization and decision-making.</li><li>
Comfortable working across multiple lines of business, balancing competing priorities with diplomacy and clarity.</li></ul>
