<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and international safety standards.</li><li>Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, and Risk Assessments.</li><li>Conduct HSE induction training for employees</li><li>Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented.</li><li>Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.</li><li>Monitor firefighting equipment, first aid kits, and emergency exits.</li><li>Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.</li><li>Promote a positive safety culture across the workplace.</li><li>Ensure implementation of control measures before work execution.</li><li>Maintain risk assessment records and safety documentation.</li><li>Monitor all factory setup and conduct routine inspections and safety audits.</li><li>Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>Requirements:Education &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent certification is mandatory.</li><li>First Aid, Fire Safety, or other relevant HSE certifications are a plus.</li><li>3-5 Years Experience in the same field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
