Position Overview:</b><br>
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Director of Finance to lead all financial<br>
operations for our growing multifamily portfolio. This is a senior leadership role<br>
responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial<br>
planning.<br>
This position works closely with the COO and ownership, playing a key role in driving<br>
performance, improving systems, and supporting acquisitions and long-term growth.</p><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Lead all financial and accounting functions across the multifamily portfolio</li><li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting</li><li>Prepare and review investor reporting packages and capital accounts</li><li>Monitor and drive NOI performance across properties</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><li>Manage cash flow, distributions, and lender reporting</li><li>Oversee multi-entity accounting structures(LLC per asset)</li><li>Build, manage, and mentor the accounting team</li><li>Coach,train,anddevelopdepartmentstafftoimproveperformanceandgrowth</li><li>Establish and improve internal controls and financial processes</li><li>Partner with the COO and ownership on acquisitions and strategy</li><li>Coordinate with CPAs, lenders, and third-party partners</li><li>Oversee financial compliance related to real estate operations</li><li>Foster a positive, high-performance team culture</li></ul></div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>5+yearsofexperienceinmultifamilyorpropertymanagementfinance</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(CPA preferred)</li><li>Leadership experience (Controller, Director, or similar)</li><li>StrongunderstandingofNOI,BalanceSheets,GL,budgets,anddistributions</li><li>Experience with multi-entity accounting</li><li>Knowledge of real estate accounting compliance</li><li>Experience with AppFolio preferred</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Positive, energetic leadership style</li><li>Strategic and hands-on ability</li></ul></div><div><b>
CompensationBenefits:</b><br>
