Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead day-to-day human resources operations for the facility</li><li>Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes</li><li>Partner with department leaders to address staffing and workforce planning needs</li><li>Support employee relations, coaching, performance management, and retention initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations</li><li>Administer benefits, leave programs, personnel files, and HR documentation</li><li>Coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs</li><li>Track and report staffing, turnover, retention, and other workforce metrics</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters</li><li>Help foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture</li></ul>

Qualifications
<ul><li>Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Staffing, or Workforce Management</li><li>Previous HR Director, HR Generalist, HR Manager, Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, or related experience preferred</li><li>Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred but not required</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of employment law, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations preferred</li></ul>

Camellia Health &amp; Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about wound management, skin integrity, clinical excellence, and improving patient outcomes in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Assess, monitor, and manage resident wounds and skin conditions</li><li>Develop, implement, and update individualized wound treatment plans</li><li>Perform wound measurements, evaluations, and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members</li><li>Monitor wound healing progress and modify treatment plans as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with infection prevention and wound care protocols</li><li>Educate nursing staff on wound prevention, skin integrity, and treatment best practices</li><li>Participate in clinical meetings, care plan conferences, and quality improvement initiatives</li><li>Assist with pressure injury prevention programs and skin rounds</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li></ul>

Qualifications
<ul><li>Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li><li>Wound Care Certification preferred but not required</li><li>Previous wound care, treatment nurse, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred</li><li>Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills</li><li>Knowledge of pressure injury prevention, wound management, and infection control practices</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>
