General Job Summary:</b></div><div><br>
The Regional Manager of Operations (CA) is responsible for managing relationships within active<br>
facilities and clients, as well as tracking the productivity and effectiveness of assigned providers. This<br>
role involves some remote work but primarily focuses on fieldwork, visiting facilities and providers to<br>
manage relationships, drive territory growth, track metrics, and partner with our recruitment team to<br>
expand the region.</div><div><b><br>
Essential Job Responsibilities:</b></div><div><br>
</div><div>Territory Growth</div><div><ul><li><br>
Drive clinically appropriate volume growth within the assigned region by increasing facility</li></ul>
penetration, onboarding new SNF facilities, and expanding specialty service lines.<br>
<ul><li>Present available programs and services to facility partners to ensure patients receive</li></ul>
appropriate care.<br>
<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities by establishing facility contracts and enhancing the scope</li></ul>
and depth of services in existing accounts.<br>
<ul><li>Build relationships with mental health facilities, SNFs, and Assisted Living facilities to generate new business.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Quality Service</b></div><div><ul><li><br>
Deliver exceptional customer service to active facilities, promptly addressing concerns and</li></ul>
conducting thorough evaluations.<br>
<ul><li>Conduct in-person visits to assigned facilities at least once per quarter, maintaining a record of</li></ul>
visits and communications.</div><ul><li>Provide support to facilities by facilitating interface processes and promoting referral</li></ul>
generation.<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to communicate and address territory needs effectively.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Provider Management</b></div><div><ul><li><br>
Monitor and manage provider productivity by tracking daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and</li></ul>
annual RVU performance.<br>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Clinical Operations to ensure aligned regional focus and goals.</li><li>Conduct monthly meetings (in person or virtual) with each assigned provider to review</li></ul>
performance and provide support.<br>
<ul><li>Interview and assess potential candidates for facility-based roles.</li></ul></div>
Qualifications:

Education:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (required).</li><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree (preferred).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience:</b></div><div><br>
Skilled Nursing experience is required (LNHA, social services, admissions, marketing, business<br>
development, etc).<br>
Multi-site healthcare operations experience preferred.</div><div>
Experience with team management, driving growth and managing productivity and metrics preferred.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Salary for this position is $100k-$120k base + 20% bonus</b></div></div>
