 Responsibilities

 Ensuring Reception desk is always manned

 &bull; Answering and directing phone calls and acting as first point of contact for visitors
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of the office to include
 </li>
 <li>
 maintenance, and cleanliness
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Responsible for monitoring office provision supply and creating LPOs
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Attending to customer, vendor and supplier phone calls in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Assisting with any Engagement Committee activities
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Receiving invoices &amp; documents, and maintaining a log of items received, as well as
 </li>
 <li>
 ensuring that these are handed over to the respective recipient at the end of the day
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Arranging couriers as required
 </li>

 &bull; Forwarding info@chefmiddleeast.com emails to respective departments

 &bull; Responsible for managing and coordinating all stationery requests by department

 Category Specialist &ndash; Beverage Products
 
 to drive growth within the Beverage portfolio. This role will focus on expanding and strengthening relationships with existing customers by leading and supporting collaborative sales initiatives, with the objective of growing the Beverage category. The Category Specialist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets across the assigned product lines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.

 Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in

 Minimum 2-3 years related experience in customer associated Beverages sales.

 Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
