Drive and influence strategic decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven insights and compelling data storytelling to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Advise the business on data analysis opportunities, define and optimize key business KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Align analytical requirements with corporate goals and data management best practices, while considering technical constraints.</li><li>
Design and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and BI solutions in a fast-paced retail and field-force environment.</li><li>
Lead end-to-end analytics workflows, including data extraction, ETL processes, data validation, and advanced data modeling.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to develop and optimize reliable and scalable data pipelines and data warehouse structures.</li><li>
Define best practices for analytics, reporting, visualization, and data quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency across all outputs.</li><li>
Mentor and support junior analysts through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured skill development.</li><li>
Review analytical work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.</li><li>
Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Dein Profil</h4><ul><li>
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.</li><li>
Proven experience mentoring or leading analytics teams.</li><li>
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments with evolving business needs.</li><li>
Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards, such as Tableau dashboards or Excel reports.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python and Snowflake for data analysis, automation, and ETL workflows.</li><li>
Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles.</li><li>
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is a strong plus.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; experience in the Retail or Agency sector is a plus.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in German is a plus.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">

Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts and data scientists to deliver usable data.</li><li>

Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, E-Commerce, or a related degree program.</li><li>
Interest in web scraping, data engineering, automation, or analytics.</li><li>
Basic understanding of HTML, APIs, JSON, and web technologies.</li><li>
Hands-on experience in Python (Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, or Scrapy), SQL, Excel and Tableau.</li><li>
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts; exposure to tools like Airflow or Docker is a plus.</li><li>
Basic understanding of Git/Bitbucket and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).</li><li>
Familiarity with data source coming from Excel, CSV, Json.</li><li>
Structured and careful approach to working with data.</li><li>
Ability to investigate technical problems independently.</li><li>
