Our Opportunity
We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Fulfillment Coordinator to join our WOW Team. In this role, you will be at the heart of Chewy&rsquo;s mission to delight and surprise our customers with personalized packages, from care kits to hand-wrapped gifts. With multiple layers of customization required for each package, this position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Execute a variety of fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, labeling, gift-wrapping, and shipping orders with precision.</li><li>
Operate standard office and warehouse equipment, such as printers, scanners, laminators, and desktop computers.</li><li>
Maintain high standards of quality and speed to ensure every package exceeds customer expectations.</li><li>
Format, import, and export Excel files between Oracle and ShipStation to ensure seamless data integration.</li><li>
Log and organize shipment data across multiple systems, tying packages to the correct customer records.</li><li>
Fulfill and manage orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the delivery process.</li><li>
Uphold Chewy&rsquo;s commitment to personalization by hand-wrapping gifts and tailoring each package to customer needs.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Familiarity with U.S. postal abbreviations and mailing processes.</li><li>
Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push or pull weights up to 360 lbs.</li><li>
Capability to stand, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.</li><li>

Chewy is currently recruiting an Indirect Procurement Senior Category Manager responsible for Chewy Vet Care within the Strategic Sourcing Team. This is the opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful, and lasting impact on our fast-growing company and clinics.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Drive and demonstrate P&amp;L savings across spend categories, communicating results to executive leadership team</li><li>
Select vendors and lead major negotiations to procure Chewy Vet Care indirect categories (e.g. Marketing, facilities, construction, human resources, etc.)</li><li>
Conduct analysis of spending patterns for TCO savings opportunities across all categories</li><li>
Develop our preferred vendor portfolio, monitor internal compliance to preferred vendor usage, and develop/enforce standard required terms and conditions</li><li>
Review specifications, analyze market and select potential suppliers, lead the RFP process, analyze prices/quality expectations/delivery dates/terms, negotiate prices and terms, and award and communicate orders to suppliers</li><li>
Deliver procurement activities, including enabling the Business to self-serve post Contract Management, KPI &amp; SLA development and tracking, Stakeholder engagement, Communications, Risk and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).</li><li>
Develops an end-to-end category strategy, mapping out the current landscape and defining an improvement plan for the near, mid, and long-term to stimulate interest from and engagement with stakeholders.</li><li>
Understand business area needs, strategies and priorities and service accordingly, meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment</li><li>
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers for contracts and agreements</li><li>
Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to select suppliers for new products and optimize supplier base</li><li>
Establish and enforce procedures to ensure proper procurement standards, processes and 
controls for the organization</li><li>
Work in collaboration with Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance, Internal Audit/Risk and other functions to ensure compliance to policies and audit remediation.</li></ul>
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
BA or BS required; MBA preferred. Procurement Certifications are a plus.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability of working with and managing cross functional teams in a global, complex, changing environment to deliver value-added results to the organization.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing Procurement organizations</li><li>
An owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive</li><li>
Strategic thinking mindset to define the best negotiation methodology/tactic per project to maximize goals and achievements</li><li>
Strong negotiations skills, a history of creating value for organizations, passion for achieving and demonstrating results</li><li>
Expertise in developing, leading, driving and managing supplier and contract negotiations including achievement of TCO value. Extensive knowledge of category management practices and principles.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to deliver value-added results to the organization by driving financial analysis principles and procurement discipline.</li><li>
High level of client focus and an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.</li><li>
Ability to think strategically, communicate expectations, drive a diverse team to achieve results.</li><li>
Up to 15% travel may be required.</li><li>
Ability to work in office 3-days a week.</li><li>

The base salary range for this role is $118,500 - $207,000.00.<ul><li>
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate&rsquo;s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.</li></ul>

Chewy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Data Science to join our growing Customer Care Data organization! In this role, you will lead a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers. You will collaborate with multi-functional partners to build, develop, and deploy machine learning and data-driven solutions that improve customer and agent experiences. You will guide projects from experimentation to production, bridging advanced analytics with scalable engineering, to deliver measurable business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role dedicated to technical depth, innovation, and execution excellence.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable machine learning and AI solutions that empower Chewy&rsquo;s Customer Care teams.</li><li>
Partner with engineering, product, operations and enterprise teams to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>
Lead all aspects of the full data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.</li><li>
Implement best practices in experimentation, model validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring rigor and reproducibility.</li><li>
Ensure models are operationalized through strong MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and automated retraining and data quality and governance standards are maintained across all projects.</li><li>
Mentor and develop Data Scientists &amp; Machine Learning Engineers, fostering technical excellence, scalable thinking, and innovation within the team.</li><li>
Guide project prioritization and resource allocation, balancing long-term innovation with near-term business needs.</li><li>
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders through compelling narratives and data visualizations that drive strategic decisions.</li><li>

</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree (or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning, including at least 2 years leading technical teams.</li><li>
Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in data manipulation and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).</li><li>
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, experimental design and MLOps.</li><li>
Hands-on exposure to LLMs and advanced NLP techniques, including fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and generative AI.</li><li>
Experience with SQL and data engineering concepts; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li><li>
Familiarity with big data and analytics technologies (e.g., Spark, dbt, Iceberg, Redshift, Athena).</li><li>
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Streamlit, Plotly).</li><li>
