The primary function of a Field Recruiter is to ensure that staffing levels are maintained for assigned locations throughout the service region; assist managers to fill existing and future job openings through sourcing efforts, networking, and contacts within the larger healthcare community.

Job Qualifications
<br><br>
<b>Education:</b> Associate's Degree in business administration, human resources, or related subjects. (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
<br><br>
<b>Experience:</b> Three years of recruiting experience in the related field preferred.
<br><br>
<b>Skills:</b> Computer skills preferred, excellent interpersonal and organizational skill. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
<br><br>
<b>Transportation:</b> Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
<br><br>
<b>Environmental/Working Conditions:</b> Performs duties either remotely or in an office environment during the Company’s operating hours. Works in a routine office environment; noise level may be moderately high. Must have the ability to work during business hours and occasional extended hours. The ability to travel locally and some exposure to inclement weather.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) plays a critical role in supporting licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. This position involves implementing treatment plans designed by physical therapists, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting therapeutic activities to optimize recovery outcomes. The PTA works closely with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment. Effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team is essential to ensure coordinated care and patient education. Ultimately, the PTA contributes significantly to enhancing patients' quality of life by facilitating their return to daily activities and independence.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist physical therapists in executing individualized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.</li><li>
Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation under the supervision of a physical therapist.</li><li>
Monitor and document patient responses to treatment, reporting progress and any concerns to the supervising physical therapist.</li><li>
Educate patients and their families on exercises, proper use of assistive devices, and strategies to prevent injury or re-injury.</li><li>
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working order.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.</div></li><li><div>
